First appointment yesterday for highlights & cut with Nicole. It was excellent; she was very good at explaining my options & listening to my requests. I’m so happy with the finished product. I’ve found my new hairdresser! Yay!!
Cutting Remarks is the first salon I ever came to that I've felt completely comfortable in the environment - all the stylists are so kind and lovely, it feels like a real family atmosphere, and Ellie is a magician with my hair. She's such a wonderful soul who's brilliant at what she does and someone I count as a friend now too. I really look forward to my time at the salon, which is a real testament to the ladies that make it so nice ❤️

Worst service ever. Wasted my Saturday. They did not know how to handle dark hair and did not brief me. I asked to get purple highlights and I could only see the roots dyed but nothing showed on the rest of my hair. The management did not take responsibility and only defended the hairdresser.
I decided to have a drastic 12-inch cut & Sydney did an excellent job. Very precise, made sure I was 100% satisfied & was very friendly, to help sweep the anxiety away! Overall, a warm team & I'll happily continue my custom.
