I made an appointment for the Chesterfield Branch but when I turned up the lady knew nothing of this appointment. FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON WHAT-SO-EVER the appointment had been made for me at the Dinnington branch (which I didn't even know existed!!) So I was stranded in Chesterfield, in severe pain, after travelling from Sheffield and taking time off work. I am disgusted with this ridiculous mistake and recommend you try a different Physiotherapy where the receptionist knows how to make a basic appointment.
