I attend today for a HRT review . When I ask how often ladies should have a mammogram ,the nurse said she didn’t know . Isn’t it her job to know ! Also the there was no record of when I last had a mammogram . Why don’t different sections of the NHS communicate . Poor .
Doctors get lots of negative press these days, but this surgery is brilliant. Every member of staff is so helpful & the doctors are fantastic & so good with kids too. You can always get an appointment if you need one & if it's a call, they always ring as promised. Thank you
Brilliant doctors surgery! I’ve lived in a few places and been a patient in a few doctors surgeries and this one is by far the best, by a long mile. The appointment system is efficient and they always do their best to get you seen. The doctors are always really helpful and I feel heard. There is a particular nurse who does all my son’s injections and she is so so lovely. There is also a young receptionist with brunette hair who is always polite and super helpful as well. Thank you!
I have only good things to say about this practice. The doctors and all the staff there are wonderful and very caring. Dr Rash in particular has been marvellous with my wife. We could not wish for better

I registered my brother as a temporary patient and he was seen promptly. My experience with this surgery from the first phone call to the reallly helpful and kind receptionists,the GP, and the nurses. It was first class in understanding and care. I cannot speak too highly of practice.
I was removed from this GP practice with no warning and was not notified of my future appointments being cancelled. The receptionist on the phone was very rude and accused me of signing up for another GP practice when I have not. When I told her I hadn't she kept insisting that I have, although I think I would know if I had requested a registration form for another GP, filled it in and then returned it. Absolutely ridiculous situation, I am very annoyed.
This is definitely the best surgery I have used in my 60 years. I have nothing but praise for the doctors, nurses and receptionists. They are friendly, helpful and caring. During the pandemic, I have been able to make telephone appointments and see people face-to-face. All the doctors take time to listen and advise and will get tests and bloods if needed. Yes, it takes a while to get through on the telephone if you ring first thing in the morning, but if you are sensible and ring at non-peak times, then it is not difficult to get through. Prescriptions can be sent through to your nearest pharmacy and repeats can be ordered online. Would highly recommend this very professional and caring practice.
