I always enjoy having my hair styled here. Salon is nice and clean and the staff are super friendly . The only moan I have about the salon its self is the lighting. Going to have your hair styled should be a feel good activity but the lighting is really not flattering and very very bright. Maybe soften it a little !
It was my first time at headmasters last night and I came in for a bouncy blowdry. I do have extensions as well as curly hair myself which I did explain before coming in as I do to all the salons. The lady as nice not overly welcoming but unfortunately I left with the top of my hair curly and 20 inch extensions completely straight.. I’m quite nervous trying new salons and don’t like to complain but I was really upset on how bad it really was. I wasn’t shown the back of my hair after she had finished for obvious reasons and didn’t realise how bad it was until I got home. I paid £69 for this and quite disheartened by how it was left. It’s a lot of money to be left leaving a high-end salon looking like that and more so quite embarrassing and upsetting.
I went to headmasters in Bromley and I had an amazing experience the space was very clean and organised. I had a lovely lady called Montana doing my hair and she was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Her customer service was amazing she offered me a hot drink and biscuits. It was my first time dying my hair so she explained every step she was doing so that I felt comfortable, she made me feel at ease and confident that my hair was going to turn out good ! She was so friendly and I would definitely go back again!. She made my hair look so lovely I felt like a new person !
I have been going to Headmasters’s Bromley for about 15 years and have been lucky enough to have had some amazing hairdressers. I have had Karolina for a number of years now and she is amazing, she is very knowledgeable and has been colouring my hair ensuring that any colour maintains my hair’s condition as well as looking fab. I’ve always had long hair and through consultation with her on my last visit, she cut it into a bob which I’ve had so many compliments on. I trust her completely with my hair. My daughter also has her hair cut there, which is a lovely experience for a young girl, she normally has Mollie, but has also had Scott and Natasha and I would recommend them all.
This was my first time at Headmasters Bromley I've already booked in to return in 7 weeks. Maxine listened to what I was looking for, and gave her expertise and I couldn't be happier with the results! My hair looks 10/10. Thank you so much Maxine, I had such a great experience and can't wait to have my hair coloured and cut again.
Very disappointed, had a bleaching and my hair is exactly the same, and they put chocolate colour instead of caramel blonde that I asked. And happened to another girl also today, I don’t know if is because you have a 50% off sale that you are doing this or what but paid so much for absolutely nothing. I already wrote to customer care first and they didn’t help at all. Sorry guys, I wish I had a great experience but didn’t. :(
I had a great haircut with the lovely Scott. He gave me some tips on how to manage and best style my thick curly hair. Cut it into a great shape and did a beautiful bouncy blow dry. Really couldn’t be happier and so glad to have discovered this salon and Scott by fluke having booked a last minute standby appointment. Will definitely be returning!
I’ve used headmasters for years and they never dissapoint. After getting my hair done in December I was left unhappy with the colour and overall look of my hair. But Scott has completely restored my faith! Absolutely love my colour and will be returning to this salon in the future
I thought that for the money I paid I should get very good service. Unfortunately not, I almost cried when back home and after two wash my hair is yellow even if I am using product that been recommended by the Lady that has done my hair. Hair cut...hmm never had hair cut done like that, literally 5 minutes has been spend on my hair cut. I have had consultation with the master I believe few days before my visit who advised what should be done with my hair so I believe all should be fine but I am really disappointed. Price that I been told on consultation day also was different to the one I paid.I know that you have a lots of regular happy customers so... Maybe is me and my exception but I won't try again with you . Joanna
