   been with GP for years and recently i have been going to for Diabetes check up with no issues. more recently am trying to book my daughter in to see a GP for a skin condition. you have to ring at 8am, when you ring and get through they give you an appointment on the day, how does that work when shes gone to school????? theres no appointments and am told to ring back next day. what a poor surgery. terrible.

   Abysmal service. Phone cuts out after 11 phone calls. Rang up dead on 8am to be number 30 in the queue. Can't get onto triage as the service ends quickly. How am I supposed to book on it when I'm being kept on hold for over an hour & half???.
