Our heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in the team for their personal commitment, in achieving the goal of safe completion of the procedure and discharge on the same day. We would like to thank reception, the nursing station on admission, the numerous support workers, anaesthetists, the surgical team, and of course the ENT consultant, for their swift, methodical and polite care throughout. Their attentiveness to detail to ensure safety, checking medical information, on each handover from one medical team to another, was impressive and was most reassuring.
