   Had an excellent massage and cupping (hijama) session. From start to finish, the experience was very professional and relaxing. Saiqa was absolutely lovely — warm, welcoming, and clearly very knowledgeable. The massage really helped ease the tension in my back and shoulders and the cupping was done carefully and thoroughly. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and genuinely looked after. Saf and Saiqa were genuine and down to earth individuals. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

   I had my first lymphatic drainage massage with the lovely sister Saiqa. I feel so much better Alhamdulillah. This really helped my stomach bloating and i can visibly see a difference from before and after the session. Saiqa was very skilled and made me feel extremely comfortable. My stomach feels a lot softer after the session and I was so relaxed too. This is something I wanted to get done for a while now, and I am grateful for having Saiqa’s expertise here in Sheffield. I am looking forward to coming back regularly and will definitely recommend to all! ❤️

   I’ve just finished my cupping session with Saf and honestly, she is AMAZING. She was so funny and instantly made me feel relaxed the moment I walked in. The whole atmosphere felt comfortable and safe, and she explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. The cupping itself has really helped — I feel lighter, less tense, and genuinely refreshed. Saf’s technique is gentle but effective, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. She’s so lovely, so professional, and the results speak for themselves! Highly recommend ❤️✨

   I recently had Hijama done at LuxeSkin by the lovely Saiqa, and my experience was nothing short of incredible. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely welcomed and comfortable. She explained everything so beautifully — how Hijama works physically and how it’s also a spiritual journey. She began in the name of Allah, and throughout the session I listened to the beautiful recitation of the Qur’an, which made the entire experience feel deeply spiritual and calming. It’s a Sunnah of the Rasool ﷺ, and now I truly understand why. After struggling with PCOS and not having a period for 3 years, I got my period just 11 days after my session. Subhan’Allah. I honestly felt like I received far more than what I paid for. Alhamdulillah, my first Hijama session at LuxeSkin was transformative — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I felt so much change within myself, and I absolutely want to come back, Insha’Allah. I highly recommend LuxeSkin Team & Saiqa; the team and Saiqa’s care, professionalism, and warmth make this an experience everyone should try.

   Came here for a Japanese head spa. I saw it all over Instagram and tiktok, and could not find any other in Sheffield so I decided to have a treat. I really wanted to get the most out of this experience but unfortunately, I was not that impressed. When I arrived I went into the reception room where there was a lady waiting. I filled out the consultation form, but she never introduced herself, told me her name, made any chat etc. It was very quiet and timid. We then moved to the treatment room and it was very cold in there, so when I took my coat off I was freezing. Again, the treatment woman didn't really explain much about what she was going to do, each part of the experience etc. I just found it quite disappointing. I then had my treatment which I understand she probably thought I don't want to chat for being relaxed, but I expected a bit more conversation from her. She did show me a before and after of my scalp consultation which you could see a difference. As well the hot water wasn't always hot, especially in the waterfall experience, the top sprouts were freezing and the bottoms were hot. I just didn't find myself relaxed at all during the experience. It does say online that 10-30 is left at the end to blow-dry your hair, and 30 minutes was left for me. When I was done the lady asked me to sit on the other chair for my blow-dry. Next minute she's gone and a new woman comes in. The fact she never told me her colleague was going to do the blow-dry I don't find professional because I was like oh hi. I don't see it as a problem apart from the lack of communication. A beautician should always explain the treatment and I got none of that. When the new lady come to blow-dry my hair she was a bit chattier, but again didn't introduce herself, and we also couldn't really talk cos of the hair dryer. She used her fingers she didn't use a brush which I didn't find professional at all. As well, it took 10 minutes to blow-dry my hair and then I was done, so I paid for an appointment slot of 90 minutes and I was done after 70 and paid full price, which I was not impressed with at all. When I was done I went back to the reception room where the door was closed and when I went to open it, the lady practically stopped me from coming in and just asked me how I wanted to pay. I wasn't allowed to go in and then once I paid, she shut the door on me. I'm really sad with the level of professionalism received because I've had a lot of beauty treatments and know about beauty etiquette, and I felt like I got none of that. Really sad. My hair was a lot clearer when I left, but it was not worth £70 and I'd rather just get a normal blow-dry at my local salon.
