Had a lovely cut, was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed, stylists were fantastic, welcoming and great communicators. Very happy with the result! It’s great to have such a high quality salon locally.

I had come in for a hair cut and asked for layers. I left with a really bad blunt uneven cut with one really short layer which was really uneven and wonky and bulky. The face framing layers were also not cut right and quite bulky and didn’t blend in with the rest of my hair. Came in to ask for a refund but was refused and was told that they could fix it which they obviously couldn’t as the hair too short, however the lovely lady did try to blend it in as best she could. Still dealing with the consequences almost 5 months later.
What a wonderful experience I had, came in with bleached hair I did at home which was uneven and my hair was a little compromised because of it. Cheryl and Amy did an amazing job working on my hair to redo my uneven roots, tone it all to a colour that blends sooo well and had great knowledge on how to work with my hair type too (3c curly Afro type hair). Great atmosphere, lovely service and id most certainly recommend!
I had my hair cut here by the owner and initially liked the result, however later I discovered some things that the style on the day had obscured . . You know how some people have short 'baby' hairs at their hairline? Well I don't. I have small kinks in the shape of my hair at either side of my temple, but it's all the same length. Until now! The hairdresser has cut me a mini side fringe! I don't know if this was an absolutely bizarre (and unauthorised!) style choice or a mistake that the hairdresser was too cowardly to own up to, but it looks ridiculous and will take a crazy long time to grow out. I'm pretty upset about it! Reply to the salon's reply below: the hairs maybe look a little wispy because the haircut was three weeks ago and I have wavy hair, but they were definitely cut. I have had this hair on my head for 36 years - I think I would have noticed this before! Also they're not tiny, as you can see from the photo, they almost come down to my eyebrow :-/
I normally don't feel comfortable at all when I go to the salon to have my hair done. I had some bad experiences before at different locations. But I have felt very comfortable in your salon. The staff has been very kind to me and my hairdresser fixed my damaged hair while being considerate of my preferences. Very kind, warm and professional. The prices are very good too. Do I recommend the salon? Absolutely. Would I return? For sure! Thank you :)

Decided to finally cut my hair that had been growing since the second lockdown. I've previously been anxious to try out a new place since moving back from Yorkshire and no longer having my usual barbers to fall back on but I'm glad I tried out Studio Eleven. Found the staff here to be endlessly friendly and helpful in figuring out what style would be best. Cheryl and her assistant really put my mind at ease and provided a great service and experience. There was a little confusion around how much I paid as part of my deposit and how much was left and I ended up paying a little extra. Cheryl was happy to sort out a refund for the difference so that was one less worry. Highly recommend Studio Eleven and will be using again.
Hannah and her team are very attentive and friendly. The salon is very comfortable and the atmosphere is always relaxed and welcoming. The staff are experienced and helpful, go out of their way to look after their clients and will give loads of advice, especially when you are unsure about what decisions to make. Their expertise on colour is amazing. I usually get my haircut there and I always come away happy. I recently had a balayage and I love it. They understood exactly what I wanted and were able to give me loads of aftercare advice which is really helpful. They are quick and professional and use high quality products - they smell amazing! I would definitely recommend the salon. There are so many salons in Leytonstone but Studio Eleven stands out, it is definitely my favourite and for good reason. You won't be disappointed!
Best hairdressers ever!! they have done an amazing job on my hair!! they are miracle workers! they had managed to get the disaster that was left on my head fixed!
