   I have booked an appointment with this salon, but when I came in, they told me no appointment was booked and made me feel as if I made a mistake while booking. Although I checked my phone and confirmed that I did call them earlier in the week and got appointment with them. They clearly made a mistake, we are all human and mistakes happen, but they were so rude to me and it is unforgivable how they treated me. Didn’t even offer anything to make up for their mistake. I will never go there again and would not recommend them to anyone. Such rude people. Clearly not worthwhile ruining Saturday for.

   Super friendly and professional. I’ve received nothing by great cuts here and so has my daughter. All the staff are patient with my little girl and listen to what she would like. All the stylists make her feel at ease. Highly recommend!

   It was my first time here on the recommendation of a friend. Very disappointing experience. I asked the stylist if I could have a trim, fringe trimmed and layers and the stylist repeated what I wanted. I left there with my hair beautifully flicked up and it held very well. However, there wasn't a single layer in my hair, it was all just one length. I decided to go elsewhere to get my hair corrected. I'm afraid I won't be returning to Chislehurst Hair.

   It was my first time at the salon and I had highlights and cut/blow dry by Fiona - she did a fantastic job! She really took her time and listened to what I wanted and the end result was perfect. Very reasonably priced for the standard of colouring too. So pleased, will definitely be back!

Sharon really listens to what you want and is highly skilled (and so lovely to chat to too!). She really cares that you are happy with the result. Best and most natural highlights I've had done, I was really pleased.

   My go to salon! Super friendly, blow drys that last me all week and the friendliest staff around! Even when I'm a last minute queen they squeeze me in but I'd recommend to book in advance as they are never empty. Decor is like an instagram dream but prices are so reasonable and cheaper than others in the area.
