   I’ve been coming to this salon for a couple of years now after having a pretty bad experience at a different salon. I’ve stuck with Brooke for cut and colour from the start and she has always been so understanding and patient. She’s helped me grow out a bad cut, helped my hair look thicker after some hair loss and got my hair looking as best as it could ahead of my wedding. I’ve also had my haircut by one other (sorry I forgot her name!) but she was also fantastic. The atmosphere is always great and it’s just a genuinely happy, friendly salon that always delivers great results!

   I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to have my haircut with Christopher again after a few years’ break. He is a naturally talented professional who has an exceptional eye for proportions and balance, and he always uses the latest styling techniques. Christopher really listens and pays close attention to every detail you mention. He has an incredible memory and is genuinely customer-focused, which makes the whole experience feel very personal and thoughtful. The relaxing atmosphere and the clean, stylish interior in Tribe Chislehurst create a calm and enjoyable escape from a busy schedule. The wide choice of Aveda products is always an added bonus.    First time meeting Brooke, she was very polite and professional. Made me feel comfortable and confident in her ability to carry out the techniques according to my requests for what I wanted. She has a warm, caring and attentive manner and was a pleasure to spend the several hours in the Salon. I would recommend to anyone wanted expertise and a genuinely nice and friendly stylist.

   Jess is the best hairdresser I have ever had! She is a genius with colour and cut and advises so you truly get what you want. I changed hairdresser after moving and I am delighted. Safe to say, if I move again I will be making the trip as only want Jess doing my hair going forward. There’s also a nice vibe in the salon with tea, drinks and magazines. Very relaxing. All of the other stylists seem great too, and I see many happy customers leaving with great hair. 5 stars!

   Absolutely amazing experience! I came in after a box dye went wrong and Jess completely saved my hair! She brought my hair back to its natural colour and it looks perfect - just in time for my holiday! Great cut too! So friendly and professional. My hair feels much healthier and I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend! Rita

   Disappointing non baby friendly salon. Excuse was the salon is too small. Didn’t even try to offer a quieter day of the week where it would be possible. Unwelcoming customer service.

   Every time I leave the salon I have different hair colour. Initially I had highlights , the whole purpose of going to a salon was to lighten my hair but also have a consistent result. So the initial visit was very good however on second visit I left with a different colour tone, orangie and some of my greys weren’t covered. I complaint to the salon and I was invited to have a toner and roots which of course I paid full price. When I went back for a root touch up the girl who washed my hair had long nails which wasn’t very soothing and rather painful. After she washed my hair I was left with dreadlock looking hair. I know that she did rubbed my hair between her palms when applying the toner so I suspect this caused the dreadlock looking hair. My hair is curly. My hairdresser initially said that she combed my hair before applying the tint colour and my hair was not unmanageable, so it was a bit bizarre that this happened. I had 3 hairdressers trying to untangle my hair I could literally hear my hair breaking. I was left crying and my anxiety levels were very high. The salon offered me a mask to help repair my hair and told me my hair are very damaged. I haven’t been to another salon so after several visits they should have said this to me earlier. To conclude my root now is black the rest of my hair is highlighted with an ash toner. I never said I want to go darker and I don’t like my roots. I paid the full amount, left with hair I don’t like and broken . I went to professionals to avoid making mistakes with home DIY hair colouring, but my hair is a disaster, all this money for full head highlights and my hair now look darker and black in the roots. An utterly disappointing and traumatizing experience.

   I love coming to this salon. Jess has been doing my hair for over a year and the cut and colour are just perfect. I now only have to wash it every three- four days instead of every two as the style stays in really well between washes. Thanks so much Jess. I look forward to my next visit when you re-open.....
