   This was my first time going to a hairdresser in England, and I was really nervous. I was looking for a place nearby with good reviews that could also offer an appointment before Christmas. That’s how I found RAW Hair Salon. You can book an appointment by phone, but I used the Fresha website (I don’t like making phone calls), and they were able to fit me in the next day! I came in just for a haircut and brought a few pictures of the style I wanted. My stylist was very attentive and kind, and despite my not-so-great English, we understood each other perfectly. She created exactly the haircut I had envisioned. I’m naturally quite shy and introverted, so I was thrilled to discover that all services can be requested in a silent version. This means the stylist knows you don’t want to chat, and there’s no price difference between the silent and regular service. I’ve never seen this option anywhere else, and I absolutely love it! I was a bit worried that the silent version might make things awkward, but it wasn’t at all. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxing. The salon has a unique style, which I personally really liked. For those coming by car, it’s worth noting that parking near the salon is limited. It was a wonderful experience. Even though I rarely go to the hairdresser, from now on, I’ll only come here. Thank you, Courtney! ♥

   Courtney gave me a lovely cut, really pleased. Salon had a really welcoming vibe with relaxed atmosphere. The hair washing area is a hidden gem of serenity; gorgeous space with chairs that massage all your stress away! Booked to go back for my colour in a few days. So glad I've found my new hairdressers. Thanks Courtney.

   Very disappointing service. I paid a lot last month for balayage hair, but actually, only the roots have been dyed in a dark brown, not much blonde colour in the hair. Even if the young girl who have done it and the owner were trying to explain that "that was the result they could achieve with my hair", that was not explained at the beginning and also, they tried to convince me to book another appointment in a week or 2 weeks in order to have more blonde colour (probably a new strategy to have more bookings). Not nice from the owner who actually didn't care, he just tried to book another appointment. Not impressed with how they deal with a "not happy" client. I had to book another place to have finally the look I wanted. And don't try to write that I am not a client of your place because I still have the receipt.

   Tommy & his staff are very friendly and give help and advice with your styling needs as well as colouring. The decor of the shop is modern inside and very clean. I always feel great after I’ve had my hair cut, coloured and styled there. Tommy takes the safety of his customers and staff very seriously and him and his staff wear masks whilst providing a fantastic service. I would highly recommend Raw in Mottingham.

   Previously I had a very bad experience with a hairdresser. None of them got it right in the last 5 years. I thought "This is it. I am done. I'm not stepping into salons anymore." However, my hair got really out of control, so I decided to give it one more try. I researched salons in the area and with hope went to Raw Mottingham. And it was well worth it!! Tommy made me change my mind about hairdressers and got my trust back. This was an amazing experience for me. He did exactly what I showed him in the picture. he just made my day! I highly recommend this salon to everyone who is looking for professional, clean and cosy place.
