   Tried my luck today if somebody can accomodate me eventhough I did not book online. Gina did a great job. I just showed her a picture of a bob cut style and in less than an hour, it was finished. Very light hands and she was pleasant as well. I had tried so many salons but all was just a disappointment. Thanks Gina.

   Kelly is amazing - she is the master of highlights! I chose her because I saw her work on the headmasters orpington instagram. Before, my hair was 3 different colours (dark brown roots, warm mids, overbleached cool tone ends), and had banding due to home box dyes. After my consultation, Kelly corrected all this with minimal damage to my hair (when she could've upsold me and I wouldn't have known), she somehow matched my hair exactly to my reference photos which I didn't even think was possible in one sitting. I'm super happy with the results and feel like she took extreme care every step of the way. Also, a little while back I had a bob haircut done with Scarlet, and she was also outstanding. I've never had so many compliments on a haircut! Both girls were really friendly and easy to chat to as well, highly recommend ✨️

   I went in for a reverse balayage with the clear agreement that we would tone down my blonde hair just one level to achieve a creamy tone. Instead, the hairdresser turned my hair completely black—from scalp to ends. I’ve spent years achieving my blonde, and now it’s been destroyed in one session. She wrongly assumed my dark brown roots were black and applied pitch-black tone to my entire head. This is not what we discussed, not what I agreed to, and not something that can be reversed. Now I’m left with years of recovery just to get back to where I was. Worse, the result isn’t even consistent—my hair now has three different colors. The roots are pitch black, while the ends are a patchy mix of black, brown, and traces of blonde. It looks completely uneven and unprofessional. When I raised my concern, the manager initially brushed it off, saying she was “busy.” I insisted she come over, and when she finally did, she tried to frame the issue as a “miscommunication.” I made it very clear: this was not a miscommunication—it was a serious mistake. The stylist committed to going one level darker but instead went ten levels down, with no apology or offer to correct it. This experience was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon to anyone going for a professional colouring. Please see the photos I’ve uploaded to this review: my hair two weeks ago—blonde that I’ve worked on for years—and what it looks like now: dark, patchy, and damaged beyond recognition.

   The staff seem really nice and kind, however the colourists skill was awful and they did not listen to me at all. I explained very carefully what I wanted and showed pictures. I told them I had really lost my confidence after a terrible experience at headmasters in tunbridge wells last year and it's taken a year to get my hair back in good condition. I was extremely clear on exactly what I wanted and unfortunately they just didn't listen at all or offer any advice. After it was dryed and I said I wasn't happy, when I showed a picture of what I had wanted, the manager tried to explain that I never could achieve that. My question was why didn't they say that before they did my hair when I showed the colourist the same picture? I've ended up with a streaky balayage that ranges from amber/orange to grey blonde at the ends. They have offered to rectify it but I am just so nervous that they will ruin it even further. I will be seeking expert advice elsewhere. Furthermore the haircut I received is also wonky. I'm so sad and its really destroyed my confidence and compromised the condition of my hair. I am never going back there again. The colourist tried to explain it would look better in natural light, so I'm sharing pictures of what it looks like in natural light.
