   Really thought I'd found my new hair spot when it started off to be so accommodating, went in for a colour and cut, was quite on the pricey side, however, was in need and felt so welcome and it was a done evenly, up until they started to slag me off in polish like I wasn't a paying customer and hairdresser almost left the bleach on too long and fried my hair then was defensive because I gave her a heads up and was the same about it when requesting what colour I would like. A month later tried to charge me, another £85 to top up the colour and blow dry (I'd been confirmed another price which was much cheaper) stating it would've been a £5 more for a cut -_- not the way to treat locals and really not the way to do business! V greedy and too much attitude considering how much money they've had out of me

   Excellent customer service and communication , good pricing. I’ve been here twice now and they’ve done my hair amazing both times. Don’t think I could move to a new hairstylist after them . Would definitely recommend

   I visited this salon for the first time today. From the moment I walked in, all the staff were very friendly and I didn’t have to wait at all. I told Maciek what I wanted and showed him a picture for reference and you can definitely tell he knows what he’s doing! He went through all the options with me and really listened to what I was after. Maciek, Aga and Lily all did a wonderful job bleaching, colouring, washing and even styling my hair! Plus the massager on the chair was a lovely bonus. The whole time I felt like I was in safe hands and got exactly what I wanted if not better. Maciek even took some extra time to take some lovely photos of the before and after, sadly my airdrop didn’t seem to work and by the time I realised I had already left. Lastly, the prices I found quite reasonable especially because you’re not only paying for quality products but also for the level of expertise and care that shows through.

   This hairdresser is horrible. I went in with pink hair after calling and them confirming they can transform me to a light brown. The owner said he be able to give me a dark blonde / light brown. I was very happy with him saying we can achieve this result and he said there will even be some highlights as my hair has lifted different colours. In the end i received a very dark brown hair with it being EXTREMELY uneven, patchy, still have pink showing through and my ends and roots being many colours. He had fried my hair to the point where when i brushed it after i got home , i brushed my hair and my ends were snapping off. I had just gotten a hair cut from my usual salon 4 weeks prior, so i did not have any dead ends. I now have very brittle dry and snapped ends due to him. Will not be returning after wasting £150 that i could have done better at home. I have naturally curly hair, and my curl pattern is absolutely destroyed. I am now having to spend more to fix and restore my hair. I stated i wanted a golden hue/ colour to the light brown hair and he said we can achieve that. At the end he told me that golden hair wouldn’t suit me anyways.

   Fantastic service from the lady and gentleman who were at the salon today , the gentleman washed my hair loved the massage chair and head massage, then the lady cut,dry and curl my hair beautifully took me through all the stages and kept asking me if i was ok with the length she can cut the style i wanted curl or straight ive visited this salon many years ago but moved home now i work in the area again so decided to visit again and am glad i did will be visiting again in the future

   a few days ago, i came to this service and i hated what they gave me. the male hairdresser cut my hair way too short along with another customer that came with me. he completely did nothing i wanted and i hated it. we both were about to cry after we got it done and he was telling us that the haircuts we wanted wouldnt fit our face. they are very disrespectful and didnt even listen to what we wanted to do. we both were growing out our hair and he cut off around 3 inches when we said we didnt want any more than 1. i cant believe that they were really telling us things like this. he gave us some ugly volume and told us our hair was too flat when it literally looked perfectly fine. please never come to these hairdressers as they will definitely leave you unhappy and crying. ps: they said we agreed to the cut but he didnt show us how much he would cut off. he also asked my parent how short too cut my hair when it was my hair not hers.

   If I could I would gove zero stars. A complete disregard for customers’ needs and requests. The Polish male hairdresser cut my hair so short I was in panic. I asked him to trim my growing hair and he cut me short with layers which thwarted my attempts to grow my hair. My daughter’ s hair was cut way too short with layers all over which does not suit our hair type. He made me feel low because pf his comments as if I was unworthy of his service. Stay away, avoid, absolutely disrespect. Ana.

   Best salon ever, been going there for years and even though I don't live anywhere near I will always go back there. Wouldn't let anyone else cut my hair.
