I saw Simone so my colour could be sorted out after I wasn't very happy with how it had been done at another salon. She understood completely and softened everything and made it look much more natural. She's very skilled! The salon is lovely and a nice place to spend a few hours. I will definitely come back!
I visited the Chapel today as a first time customer and saw Simone, I will 100% be back. The salon is gorgeous, the customer service from Heidi was exceptional and I love the new do Simone styled for me. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave me some really good advice and helped me make some sound decisions - my hair is naturally wavy with a tendency to frizz so it’s always been a challenge but I’m really optimistic that with my new cut I’ll be able to manage it much better. Pricing wise, I’d researched anyway but Heidi explained everything to me really clearly, I was more than happy with the price and it reflected the experience I’d had - very very happy all round, thank you Ladies
Wayne has been cutting and colouring my hair for a few years. I am a bit clueless as to how to have my hair but Wayne is great with advice and ideas. I am always delighted with the colour when I have my hair highlighted. I feel that my hair is expertly cut and I receive many compliments. As well as the professional service he provides, Wayne is a lovely, friendly chap. It's always good to have a chat and a catch-up

I love having my hair cut by Clair. She always puts me at ease, listens to what I'm looking for and makes suggestions in line with that, and which fit my lifestyle. The salon is peaceful and friendly and I always enjoy a coffee and treat to eat. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated when I leave!
Had the most amazing experience at the Chapel in Sevenoaks today with Wayne. My hair needed so much TLC and he restored it back to a point I didn't think was possible. The staff were amazing greeting me with a glass of warm apple juice on a very icy cold December morning. See you in a couple of months guys. Thanks again!
Fabulous experience at The Chapel! Simone did a fantastic job with my cut and colour and is a lovely person. I love the 'spa' feeling of the salon and can't wait to go back for my next appointment to be pampered again!
I was running a little late and called in advance to ask if that was OK. I was told it was. On arrival I was told I now couldn't be seen although there was 30 mins left on my appointment and all I needed was a quick trim. I explained that it is my mother's funeral tmrw and could the please see me quickly and I was rudely declined. In my experience, no personal touch and didn't bother to make the effort to fit me in. I was running late but had called ahead to explain a road had closed and was told it still OK to come.
Rosalinda at The Chapel has been looking after my hair for almost a year now. She is experienced, talented, dedicated and fun. I have never been this happy with my hair, which is really thick and wavey (read: unmanageable if not done right)! The whole experience at The Chapel is also a treat - the Guest Relations team are responsive and friendly and the location is really cool.
I had a wonderful experience at The Chapel this afternoon. As a salon rookie I did lots of research before booking and had read excellent reviews online and articles about The Chapel and felt like it would be the best salon for me. I really enjoyed the experience as everyone was really welcoming from Sarah who greeted me to Sasha who did my hair today. I felt really pampered and cared for with the excellent customer service and beverages to the consultation I had before my haircut. Sasha did a fantastic job and I will be returning in the future. If you are looking for a professional and luxury hairdressing experience with a caring touch then I feel like you will love The Chapel.
