I was removed from this surgery’s patient list without warning due to missed appointments, despite not receiving any reminder texts. When I called to understand what happened, the receptionist was dismissive and blamed me entirely, even though I explained I have severe mental health issues and am on Sertraline. I was also falsely accused of hanging up the phone abruptly, when I had ended the call politely. I've now joined another practice, but this experience was disheartening and distressing. There needs to be more compassion and better mental health awareness from staff. Will be escalating to the relevant departments if this isn't looked in to promptly and properly, the practise manager doesn't even have an email address

Genuinely sad to leave this place (because I'm moving address). Austerity/the Tories have systematically put the sword to the NHS but these folks carry on delivering a great service in spite of that. The receptionists have always been polite and helpful and my GP has always been great. The reception manager, in particular, is brilliant. I already know how grim it's going to be trying to find a surgery anywhere near this good. I envy patients within the catchment area here.

I cannot fault this surgery. All the staff - Reception, Nurses, Triarge and Doctors - are all very polite, friendly, professional. The doctors have listen to me and referred on quickly when required. I have only ever received excellent service from this practice. Thank you to all.

Absolutely lovely surgery! I have gone through two pregnancies and attended many doctors appointments too, and I have never been disappointed by the service I have received. Margaret the midwife is absolutely fab, and I always look forward to my appointments with her. I have also had appointments for myself and my 2 year old with both doctors, and they have always been so helpful. I have had the same nurse for two cervical screening appointments too and she was an absolute angel and made me feel so relaxed and at ease! I’ve never had problems with getting appointments, and I have usually been seen the same day. Staff on the reception are absolutely lovely and friendly and always a pleasure to speak to. I genuinely can’t understand why everyone isn’t raving about this lovely little surgery- can’t recommend enough!

Absolutely appalling service. To attend this surgery is like gambling with your health, its horrible to be made to feel like they are doing you a massive favour not that they are being PAID to provide a very important service. You would think your GP is there to maintain your health and wellbeing, unfortunately that's an assumption which will not be proven right. Urinating in the wind would be more beneficial as the result will be what you expect.

Type 2 diabetes, should have blood sugar reviewed every six months and feet checked every year, here we are over two years down the line and not any have been carried out. Also, how can all appointments for a day be filled before anyone even bothers to pick the phone up?

Terrible surgery the doctor is very rude and not at all helpful. I had a phone appointment to which i started to explain my symptoms which i believe is long covid he said will this take long because i have other appointments. So i have lived with my symptoms for 10 months i even tried to get through to them via their facebook page but they have blocked me. No idea who to turn to i cant go to A &E i cant walk in to the surgery i will just have to see if my symptoms clear up.
