I have been getting my hair done by Shawna for about a year now. I originally had Locs for about 10 years, but my hair started to get weak and bald spots started to appear so I had to cut my locs off. I went to Shawna as she was recommended to me, I have never looked back. She has helped my hair come back to its original quality, with her treatments and trims. Highly recommend but best to book first Thanks Shawna.

My nails looked disgusting after I had them done! My cuticles were left bleeding and they did such a poor job of shaping my nails I had to go home, cut and shape them myself. I showed a picture of what I wanted and they charged me extra for glitter over the top, that was absolutely rubbish too- I honestly wish I could insert a photo of them they were so unbelievably bad. Such a waste of time and money!!!! Nail staff hard to communicate with.
I had a my natural hair steamed, washed, blown out and braided by Shawna and oh my it came out amazing. My hair is very thick and it was bone dry but after steaming it was so soft and manageable I’ve never had my hair feel like that. Many thanks :) I will be getting this done every month
I was recommended to New Image by a friend and was so pleased to have been. My daughter has been struggling with her hair for a number of years - the sheer volume and frizz - and we have tried a few salons, but the ladies at New Image were so patient and knowledgeable and the result was absolutely amazing - she was over the moon with her hair!
