From my warm welcome into the salon by Jade, offerings of refreshments and comfort in the most beautiful and exceptional waiting room. I felt at ease, relaxed and very well taken care of. During my initial consultation with Jacqueline, it was very clear that I was in safe and incredibly knowledgeable professional care. The level of detailed and high specialism in the environment, state of the art treatments and treatment rooms is something to behold. I was provided with the most current and informative awareness, guidance and understanding of procedures and treatments that were specific to me. This was delivered by Jacqueline is the most sensitive, responsive and compassionate way. During my treatment, I felt relaxed, at ease and completely comfortable in the care and professionalism of Jacqueline. I was provided with time, patience and care during the whole process. Thank you so much for the experience and treatment. I highly recommend the whole experience of receiving treatments at Clineva Medispa as they go above and beyond expectation’s.

   This truly is a wonderful establishment. The staff are exceptionally attentive and professional at all times. I went today to get some advice for my eye wrinkles and Leanne made me feel secure and comfortable during my appointment. She explained the treatments step by step and she was very patient when responding to all of my questions. I am really happy with the service and I would definitely be coming back for the treatments that she recommended.
