   Visiting the area for a few days, I went here desperate during the busiest time of year for hair stylists - Christmas week - to get fixed a hair nightmare (caused by a completely unrelated hairdresser who is not affiliated with Level One in any way). I got a next day appointment and Georgina treated my like a queen. I won’t post before/after photos because I fear someone will see the “before” and think that was Level One work. But trust me - it was bad. Tiger stripe blonde highlights and a haircut bordering insanity. It’s probably not an exciting or fun job to fix hair someone else has got so wrong — but it’s a godsend. I left looking 100 times better and felt really looked after. No doubt that had I gone here initially I’d have also had an amazing experience. Thank you Georgina and L1 for fitting me in during a crazy time of year and sorting my hair out.

   Quite simply the best hair salon in the area. Friendly professional staff from the owners, stylists and juniors. I have been using Level One’s services for 13 years every week and would not go anywhere else! Both my girls and I have a blow dry every week and we all have cuts, colours and treatments etc - if you want a professional service you simply must visit Level One.

   Wow. What a great salon. Went in with very long hair to be cut for donating to the little princess trust and had a great experience from start to finish. Yuri was great at explaining routine and styling of my now short hair. Thank you!

   First time I have been to Level One. Read so many good reviews I wanted to go there. Here is another good review - my hair was cut by Daphne. She listened to how I wanted my hair to look and it is perfect! I think it's the best hair cut I have had, will becoming back.

   I visited the salon this afternoon not too sure how to explain what I was hoping for with a colour change....I was so impressed by the attention to detail that the team gave me and this was just on a ‘free’ consultation appointment and due to the service I experienced and the advice, I have made an appointment for later this month, which I was lucky to get. I am so looking forward to the result , top class advice, definitely know what they are talking about. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable team and what an amazing looking salon, can’t wait x

   I have been going to level one hair salon for over 35 years and I have never been disappointed or had a bad experience. I get so many comments on how good the cut and colour of my hair is and I have complete trust in Richard and Yuri to advice me on the best styles for my hair that I can manage myself at home. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly and Richard goes above and beyond to help you out at short notice if he can, you are made to feel really special like you are in a top London salon. My whole family go to level one and we thoroughly recommend it to everyone else Nicky
