   Really lovely place. Kelly cut my hair exactly how I asked and I’m very happy with it. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this hairdressers!

   Great salon. Skilled hairdressers. Good communications. Informal, comfortable and non-threatening environment where clients feel listened to which is so important. Really pleased to have found Brooks for my regular hair styling needs. No idea what the anti-social behaviour remark is about - maybe someone should report it to Google. How can cutting, colouring and styling hair be anti-social behaviour?

   I came to Brooks as i'd previously had a bad experience elsewhere, where the "balayage" on my hair had been messed up. I left Brooks 5 hours after arrival and had a full colour correction, balayage, toner, Olaplex, cut, blow dry and style and i'm feeling fabulous! I was so happy with my hair, I actually cried. Great team, this was my first time and I will most definitely be coming back.

   The photos are after coming home in wind and rain. First time in a Salon for about 25yrs. Salon itself is spotless, fresh and sparkly? Kelly, Jo and Courtney are a good team, all efficient, warm, friendly and helpful. First time I've felt relaxed from entering to leaving. Also first time I've left a Salon feeling better than I went in (in decades)...and not wanting to either put a hat on or wash/fiddle with my hair when I got home. Oh and Jo made a lovely cup of tea...as well as giving me good directions on train journey home.

   Such wonderful people. I had a flurry of childcare problems and they worked around me. Coloured my hair whilst entertaining a 5 month old. I had to run as soon as the colour was washed, despite being book in for a cut and blow dry. They didn’t charge any extra and were so understanding. All this whilst making my hair the glossiest and healthiest it’s ever been. Kelly is a hair guru! 100% recommend!

   I went to get my hair colour but it was bleached so yellow and made my hair dry and toner was not left on for long time was a rush job paid good amount. However was clean and polite but the hair colour was not to the standard they make out

   I get really nervous going to hairdressers but I was made to feel so relaxed and comfortable at Brooks, all the staff are so friendly and lovely. Kelly is an absolutely amazing hairdresser, she understands exactly what colour and style you are looking for and your hair needs. I can't wait for my next visit! :)
