Kim and Lisa are friendly, professional and very skilled. I travel a distance to visit this gem of a hairdresser.
After paying £50 for my nails to be painted as a little treat they have chipped and are pealing off like paper after 7 days. I went back in today to ask the lady to repaint them she said it was 'normal' and 'sometimes that happens' after blaming me for 'using my hands'. She dismissed me rudely and said she had another client. No apology or attempt to fix the problem.
Got my nails and eyebrows done today. They fixed what another nail shop did to my nails and eyebrows. Very good service and polite. I have used them in the past and have always been very happy with their quality of service. Highly recommended them. Will be going back on a regular basis for sure.
I have visited Hair and Nail City today for a manicure a few times and was very impressed with the result. Today I took the plunge and had a shampoo, cut & blowdry. Lisa was very friendly and professional. She listened to my request (a restyle from long curly hair to a mid-length bob with layers and a sweepy side fringe) and added suggestions of her own during the consultation process. During the cut itself Lisa showed me how it was looking during each step to ensure I was happy with how the cut was progressing. I am pleased with the results and will definitely be booking with them again.
The staff at Hair & Nail City are always polite and accommodating. I was running late one afternoon for my appointment and Kim stayed after closing time until I arrived and then she cut my hair. That is what I call excellent customer service!
Anne does a wonderful job every single time! I have a Gel Manicure every 2 weeks and always leave very happy. You can tell that Anne puts in a lot of effort to her work. 100% worth the money and i wouldn't go anywhere else now!
I found out about this place from a friend and decided to get my french manicure done for my wedding. Ann from the staff was really friendly and had a very professional attitude. Everything in there is at a pro level. Would recommend to everyone who wants quality at a great price
