Great customer service. Really friendly and warm service. Lovely hairwash and relaxing head massage. I explained I had hair loss and she gave advice and gave me a lovely haircut that suited my face. I wasn't meant to have a blow dry but she quickly did one for me anyway and styled my fringe too. All the staff are super friendly.
I have got done a hair botox treatment and my hair feels so soft and frizz free finally after so long this is what I wanted to achieve highly recommended from here very affordable to and all the workers here were so kind and caring and made sure I was okay throughout the whole process especially Nora she made sure I was happy with my hair before I left made sure it was done quickly so I dont feel tired sitting on a chair for to long lol! Thank yous so much and will definitely be coming back next time.
got my eyebrows done and had a HydraFacial, and I can honestly say it was a 10/10 experience! Katie was incredibly attentive and explained everything in detail before starting the treatment. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend her amazing service!
I thought I’d share a review not because anyone at the Salon told me but only because the level of service, treatment and hospitality I got was tremendous. This was an amazing Salon. I went to get my very first Perm as a man, and it went absolutely amazing. The hair came out exceptionally wonderful, and the hospitality I received at the Salon was impeccable. All staff members working there had a very positive attitude, very nice and good energies all around. I’d definitely recommend this place. My message to all is ; Send all your girlfriends there ! Thank you very much to all staff.
About a month ago, I stopped by this salon for a threading treatment because I didn't have time to go to my regular place in Gants Hill. I confirmed the price was £5 and returned 15 minutes later to have the treatment done. My second visit, 10days later, was when the trouble started. A blonde woman told me I had been charged incorrectly last time and the price would be higher, which I accepted without issue and paid £9. Today, my third visit, was completely awkward. As soon as I walked in, that same woman confronted me, saying, 'Oh, you are the lady who came and paid for only eyebrow, my staff put wrong charge.' Her tone was accusatory, as if I had stolen money from the shop! I was shocked and confused by the aggressive way she demanded the difference without directly asking. I felt so disrespected that I canceled the treatment and left immediately. I ended up getting the same treatment for £4 a few shops down. I'm completely annoyed by their behavior. When a business makes a mistake, they should find a polite, straightforward way to resolve it, not create such an embarrassing fuss!!
They don’t know how to cut hair. Stylist reassured me she knew what she was doing this is the worst layered cut I have ever had, it is way too choppy, massive chunks of layers at the front. She was having too much fun experimenting. It’s going to take so long to grow out.
First of all I don't want to rate even a single star but give this 2 stars for the staffs over there because they are friendly . It has been 2 months that I have done keratin treatment from there. I have done keratin treatment before (from another salons)and it help me to reduce the frizzines and damage . So I expect the same . But have not idea what make it worse this time. From the day one of my keratin treatment my hair got frizzy and tangled. After a week till today hair fall became more intense. And now each day I get handfull of hair while combing my hair.only a good part is hair looks straight after comb. But there is no point of that because I can't go out with open hair because it get tangled easily. And volume of hair also reduced.I even used the same product from them for post keratin treatment as well.Initially i don't wanna post this but after comb my hair I changed my mind . I wanna share my experience with people who comes there reading the reviews . Because I am also one of them .By the way nice place for eyebrows waxing . She doesn't take much time and also it is not painful either .

I went to Ola today a junior stylist - she was professional and polite. Super happy with my cut she listened to all my requests and gave me exactly what I wanted. Also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend! I’ll be back as a regular :)
