   I had a terrible experience here. The barber didn’t seem to care at all and rushed through the entire process. No attention to detail, no consultation, and it felt like they were just trying to get it over with. The haircut turned out uneven and nothing like what I asked for. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about how they look.

   I recently visited Dozo Hair Salon for my first-ever perm, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. As someone who had no idea about the process, I was a bit nervous, but Linh was absolutely amazing. She is not only an expert at what she does but also incredibly friendly and patient. Linh took the time to explain every step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a great experience and professional service. I’ll definitely be returning!

   Lin has been cutting my hair at Dozo Salon for the last 16 years. I’m now 35 years of age I don’t let anyone else touch my hair! She is the most experienced and talented hairdresser out there, with so much passion for her job. She is honest and gives her clients the best advice. I live in West London and travel every 3 weeks to her to get my haircut. Dedicated and personable - simply the best!

   Definitely the best salon I have ever been to. Lin is such a nice and kind lady and very professional in her field of work. I have had my hair permed from her for the last 5/6 years now and it’s been nothing but perfect every time. I have had my hair permed from other places but dozo hair salon was the best by a mile. I absolutely love the results I get from going to her and recommend anyone who wants to perm their hair to visit Lin. Would give her 10 stars if I could !

   Lynn what can I say . Your professionalism and experience shone . I came In just browsing and was given a sit down assessment of what my hair needed and how to proceed with my dry damaged hair . Lynn advised me to change the color so it looked healthier and what products to use . My hair looks so much healthier and shiny . Even when Lynn was applying the dye I could see she was covering every inch of my hair thoroughly ! Previously I have paid less and ended up with mediocre color and cut . I will definitely use Dojos again and have been reccomending to all . Lynn you have a beauty which radiates and your love for your work is reflected in the time and effort you put in . Lynn is a very lovely lady and I’m looking forward to my next visit not only to get a great hair cut and color but to see you again ! Five starts for Fabulous place Sai x

   I was charged £40 for wash cut and blow dry. First of all they chop my hair with straight cut and then wash and they used straightener and when I asked that I am paying for full blow dry. The lady said this will look better on you .i travelled to see my sister but thought let's give a try for short hair. I really felt that I have been robbed, I was there for about half an hour and spent £40 .they should perform the service what they are charging for. I can use straightener at home by myself but I came to salon for blow dry. Not value for money. Give yourself favour just chop for hair off at home if you have long hair. Really disappointed. Not coming back.

   Lyn is a very experienced hairdresser and I've been having haircuts at her salons for years. She takes time to discuss your hairstyle and makes suggestions when appropriate. I always leave the salon satisfied and she always makes sure I don't leave her place with dripping wet hair, even if I go for only a cut, very much appreciated. Thank you Lyn and the team
