Meg absolutely adores Ian and Lynda and has the time of her life when she is with them. They have been taking care of her whilst we go away from being a puppy and she is now 10 years old. I wouldn't recommend anyone else if you want a first class home for your dog to stay whilst you're on holiday.
I can not recommend Petpals Poynton and Stockport East more highly! They have been looking after our cat Mavis for over 3 years. She’s an old girl and needs a lot more attention than most other cats, as she needs medicine administered twice a day. Petpals are so gentle with her, give us regular updates when we’re away and are reasonably priced. It is so very reassuring to know that our cat is so well cared for. Lynda and Ian even go out of their way to bring our bins in which is very kind. I can’t underestimate how lucky we feel to have found this company and how reliable and helpful Lynda and Ian are. If you have any pet caring needs they should be your first port of call!
Ian and Lynda are fantastic with our dog Teddy. He gets on well with them and enjoys his walks. They take him out twice weekly and he's always tired afterwards! We like the little report that they leave us telling us about the walk. They are really flexible and have always managed to fit us in when we have an 'emergency' need for a walker. Friendly, caring, really nice people; couldn't recommend them more highly.
Lynda and Ian has cared for our cat Ally on many occasions whilst we've been away. They are extremely professional and very loving towards her. Although she is shy with strangers they tell me she comes running up to them for a fuss on every visit. We have no hesitation in recommending their excellent service to others.
Ian and Lynda have cared for my spaniels for 10 years now, having them to stay at home for holidays and doing regular and one off walks whenever we've needed them. They have seen my dogs grow from puppies to adults and gave extra special care to my elderly dog when he needed it, including administering multiple medications, unexpected vet visits during a holiday and so much tender loving care. I have complete trust in Ian and Lynda to care for my dogs and highly recommend them to other owners no matter what species, breed or age their pet is.
Ian and Lynda have walked our terrier, Maisie since she was a puppy and she is now 13 and diabetic. When Rio the greyhound joined us in 2015 he was welcomed by Ian and Lynda and began walks too. Both dogs have boarded with Ian and Lynda and had great holidays there. Both Rio and Maisie love Ian and Lynda and run up the hall to greet them at walk time. They have been especially patient and kind with Maisie as she has aged and slowed down. Alongside dog walking, Ian and Lynda feed our two cats and our tropical fish when we are away. They have even put the bins out and watered plants! We couldn't recommend them more highly. Lovely people , obvious animal lovers and highly dedicated.
