“I cannot recommend Dogz Club enough! We got our little Dachshund just as we entered the first lockdown, so there was inevitable anxiety around a lack of socialising, but DC has ensured our pup is so confident and happy around other dogs. The staff are so attentive and update me with honest feedback whenever I ask for it. The picture/video updates during the day of all the dogs having fun, regular themed parties throughout the year and goody bags are all examples of extra touches which makes this such a great day-care. “I couldn't fault the service I received from Petstay at all. Jason was so friendly and found me the perfect pet sitter for my dog Pixie. I was initially extremely nervous as the only sitter available for my dates away was a lady with 2 dogs of her own. My dog is an only dog and is unashamedly a bit of a 'princess', so I wasn't sure how she'd cope. I have left her in kennels previously, and she didn't settle at all and lost a lot of weight, so I was uncomfortable leaving her again for 2 weeks, whilst we were away in America. I met with Dianne and her 2 dogs, when Pixie and I went for an initial home visit. Dianne is such a natural 'dog' person and is clearly very experienced at owning dogs and she made me feel so at ease and asked all the right questions about Pixie and wanted to find out as much as she could about her, to make her stay go well. We even agreed to go on a couple of walks together before Pixies stay, so I could see where Pixie would be walked and so the dogs could get use to each other beforehand. I was really nervous about leaving Pixie and thought it would spoil my holiday, to constantly be worrying about her but Dianne and I had agreed that we would keep in touch throughout the holiday with little updates and photos now and again, this meant I could really enjoy my holiday and Pixie could enjoy her time away too. After picking Pixie up she has settled back into life at home again and I would have absolutely no hesitation using Dianne again and would recommend using Petstay to anyone (and have already recommended them to my veterinary practice).”

“Very decent budget hotel. Can’t fault the location. Right next to the train station. But I parked in a very new looking multi-storey NCP a 2 minute walk away. There’s also a handy Sainsburys Local next to the car park. Fairly standard Express room. But everything was in good order and very clean. Nice big walk-in shower with great water pressure. Breakfast quality was very good for this class of hotel and the 2 ladies running the breakfast service were very friendly and efficient.”

“Attended birthday party in the Gold Suite and stayed overnight. Food was amazing at the party and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good value and again the staff were great. Lovely rooms, if a little dated. Overall a lovely stay.”

“Very friendly, clean rooms, good TV channel selection. Cooked breakfast was decent. Only slight thing was the lack of an exit to the car park from the other side of the hotel which meant going back via reception, but I'm really being picky there. Staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Would absolutely recommend if you need to be in the area.”

“Stayed for a night for a conference in Manchester but didn't want the hustle and bustle.of Manchester city centre. We were greeted by a great guy named Ste in reception who was so welcoming and made us laugh. We ate in the bar and had a couple of drinks, nothing was too much for Ste, he even popped into the kitchen to find me some orange slices for my Blue Moon beer! Fantastic service. Would stay again. More hotels need a Ste too!”

“I can not recommend Petpals Poynton and Stockport East more highly! They have been looking after our cat Mavis for over 3 years. She’s an old girl and needs a lot more attention than most other cats, as she needs medicine administered twice a day. Petpals are so gentle with her, give us regular updates when we’re away and are reasonably priced. It is so very reassuring to know that our cat is so well cared for. Lynda and Ian even go out of their way to bring our bins in which is very kind. I can’t underestimate how lucky we feel to have found this company and how reliable and helpful Lynda and Ian are. If you have any pet caring needs they should be your first port of call!”

“I would recommend this Hotel for your dogs without any hesitation. I booked them in twice last year and have booked them in for next year. They loved it and I felt so at ease when I received regular pictures of them running round the garden having fun and even lounging stretched out on the couch in the evening xx Josie loves them all like they are her own xx”

“The staff are fantastic at this hotel. I stayed with my dog and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a bit of noise from some of the other rooms but nothing too bad. Mainly young people enjoying themselves so it quietened down after a minute or so.”

“We left our cats here for a few weeks whilst visiting India. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and the place was lovely. All the cats looked so well cared for so we knew our babies would do great. They are back at home now and are healthy and happy. Thank you so much for taking care of our cats.
