   Pixie had a great trial stay with Julie Waters. We had a meet up before hand at Julie’s home and Pixie made a thorough check of her potential holiday accommodation. I was anxious at leaving her for the first time but she went racing into Julie’s house without a second thought. Julie updated me later in the day with a photo to let me know that Pixie had settled which put my mind at rest. Pixie loved her stay and gave it a 5 paw rating when I picked her up. We have know booked her in for a full week next spring. Thank you Julie and Pet Stay

   As soon as we arrived at the carers home, we knew our boy would be happy and well looked after. Jenni's love and experience with dogs, really made me feel i could relax while on holiday. The family were so warm and welcoming.

   What a wonderful and supportive service from start to finish, this is the first time I have left my baby with strangers but I had no worrys or concerns. The booking and introduction process was easy and very helpful and made me feel relaxed with the support and advice from everyone. Throughout my holiday Jenni stayed in contact with updates and loads of photos. Jenni and James really ensured my baby girl had an amazing holiday just like us. It went that well we are all booked again. I would highly recommend the service and definitely Jenni and James as a wonderful family to take care of your babies.

   I couldn't fault the service I received from Petstay at all. Jason was so friendly and found me the perfect pet sitter for my dog Pixie. I was initially extremely nervous as the only sitter available for my dates away was a lady with 2 dogs of her own. My dog is an only dog and is unashamedly a bit of a 'princess', so I wasn't sure how she'd cope. I have left her in kennels previously, and she didn't settle at all and lost a lot of weight, so I was uncomfortable leaving her again for 2 weeks, whilst we were away in America. I met with Dianne and her 2 dogs, when Pixie and I went for an initial home visit. Dianne is such a natural 'dog' person and is clearly very experienced at owning dogs and she made me feel so at ease and asked all the right questions about Pixie and wanted to find out as much as she could about her, to make her stay go well. We even agreed to go on a couple of walks together before Pixies stay, so I could see where Pixie would be walked and so the dogs could get use to each other beforehand. I was really nervous about leaving Pixie and thought it would spoil my holiday, to constantly be worrying about her but Dianne and I had agreed that we would keep in touch throughout the holiday with little updates and photos now and again, this meant I could really enjoy my holiday and Pixie could enjoy her time away too. After picking Pixie up she has settled back into life at home again and I would have absolutely no hesitation using Dianne again and would recommend using Petstay to anyone (and have already recommended them to my veterinary practice).

   This is the first time I've used PetStay for my 6 year old dog Lottie and have been so impressed with the service provided by Jason. Lottie stayed with Mark and his 2 dogs and I could not of wished for a better career! Mark took amazing care of my little girl whilst we were on holiday and sent me lots of updates and photos, which really reassured me that Lottie was settled and happy. When I came to collect Lottie she was obviously very pleased to see me but equally was also sad to leave Mark as she gave him a big love before she left and I just knew she had a very happy time during her stay. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone as he is such a kind considerate career and treated Lottie just like one of his own dogs.
