We got our little Dachshund just as we entered the first lockdown, so there was inevitable anxiety around a lack of socialising, but DC has ensured our pup is so confident and happy around other dogs. The staff are so attentive and update me with honest feedback whenever I ask for it. The picture/video updates during the day of all the dogs having fun, regular themed parties throughout the year and goody bags are all examples of extra touches which makes this such a great day-care. “Couldn’t have picked a better groomer. I used to do dog grooming myself and Ruth is incredible. I have a German Shepard who is very energetic, has anxiety (due to being a lockdown dog) and isn’t best behaved around other dogs. Ruth takes the time out to ensure there are no other dogs in whilst she is grooming Redd! He’s great around her and very trusting. I’m relocating and wouldn’t take my dog to any other groomer now. “Our Cockapoo, Dougie’s first time at Wuff Cut yesterday. They cut him exactly as we wanted and managed to correct some uneven areas from a previous groomer. Staff were really friendly and very thorough when asking what we wanted for him, they also checked that he could have a couple of treats which meant we were able to tell them things to avoid for allergies. A really pleasant experience, will definitely be bringing Dougie back”

The accessories available are spot on too, my doggy loves her winter puffer jacket, so does anyone who sees her in it also! The fuss they make of my doggy whilst she is in their care has made her anxiousness disappear and she now strolls in and gets excited that she’s having a groom!
