   Another fabulous appointment at Blades! On my 5th Anniversary I thought it was time to write a review. Blades has a lovely chatty friendly atmosphere with very professional staff. As a busy Mum I need a quick appointment rough dry and out the door . Despite the rush I am always delighted with the results. My grey hair is covered with natural tones which I have discussed at length with my stylist. My cut varies from time to time with advise from my stylist . I love my cut and my colour. It's a very relaxing visit again today with a cup of tea and a biscuit ! Every customer leaves smiling as do I. Next appointment booked! Thanks to all the staff at Blades!

   Have been coming to the salon for over 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and the service is impeccable. No matter how rubbish I have been in describing the cut or colour I have decided to have that month the girls have all come together to make sure I get exactly what I have envisioned. Amazing service.

   Went in today for an angled bob. The stylist was lovely as in her personality but the hair cut is a different matter. I left in tears. Its not even, its cut way to short at the front, so can no longer have the style i wanted. I would say to the lady that the cut was uneven, so she just took more off. Its nothing like the picture I showed the lady, it's the worse hair cut I've ever had. Ive shown the hair cut to several people, and all cant believe i actually paid for it to be butchered. I called the manager, who in fairness offered for me to come back and try to rectify it, but it's not like she can glue my hair back on so I can have the style I originally wanted. I won't ever be returning or recommending them.

   Took my 89 year old mother-in-law to Blades in North Heath for cut, shampoo and set this afternoon. Due to lockdown and being vulnerable she hadn't been able to get her hair styled for a long time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, she came out feeling great. She said she was so glad to find a hairdresser locally that were so nice. Thank you

   I have been living across the street of this shop for almost 5 years and never visited them, how silly I could be and when I went there last week I was amazed and happy because I had the best treatment from Donna who very kindly cut my hair and styled it so well. I don't think I am ever going anywhere but only BLADES. Donna - you were amazing :)

   Went to blades for the first time today and Bobby done my hair. I had a full head of highlights and I'm very happy with the results, I highly recommend her. Both girls made me feel very welcome and eased my nerves straight away.
