   This was my son’s first time having his hair cut at Guys & Dolls and the experience was wonderful. Vikki took on board what myself & my son wanted out of the hair cut and we both couldn’t be more happier with the final result. We will be coming again for his next hair cut.

   For the last 4 times that I have chosen Guys and Dolls for my three-year-old son's haircut, each time I have been very pleased with the professionalism and the result. And that's why I decided to choose Guys and Dolls again for my son's haircut and I booked my appointment online like the previous times. I arrived to my appointment on time as usual and Jade Hearson with who I had my appointment as I walked in with my son she looked at me and she said "you know im not doing haircuts to boys". After that she told me that i should have selected when i did my booking that the haircut its for a boy so i told her there its no option on the webpage to choose if the haircut its for a boy or a girl, the only option i had its "haircut under 5s" which i chose. I feel that I need to share that experience I had with other people and that's the reason I'm leaving that review. I am very dissapointed about all this and the way that Jade chose to treat me as a regular customer. Thanks to the rest of the team for all the previous times I used their services.

   Booked a double sppointment midweek again for partner and sister. Vicky did a great job and they will continue to return. Salon is located at The War Memorial, convenient for 4 bus routes and Rainham train station. Car Park at Tescos. Nice frontage.

   My partner and sister booked a double appointment at a very convenIent time during the week and were seen to immediately. Both members of Staff took their time and took great care in what they did and did a great job. Very clean and well presented shop. Excellent friendly staff.
