   Went for a blow dry before a wedding reception. I explained I wanted lots of volume. I have short hair. Megan persuaded me to let her curl my hair and pin it even though I just wanted it blown out. She took out the pins and it looked awful. The curls were sticking out at all angles. She promised me it would fall out and look great by the evening but I didn’t and I ended up straightening it. Was in a panic to be on time and so didn’t take pictures. So disappointed. Waste of £30. If I lived closer I would have gone in to get my money back.

   I've been to the salon on 3 separate occasions now and 100% can recommend. I entered with box dyed dark brown/red hair and was wanting to get to more of a natural blonde tone. I had an initial consultation with Jo (owner/senior stylist) who discussed the processes needed whilst managing my expectations. I've not used a saloon stylist for over 10 years. The experience and results achieved are/have been exceptional. I'm having regular appointments to maintain my desired colour/style. The results achieved so far have "taken years off me" (is what I've been told by friends and colleagues) and let's face it, every middle aged lady wants to hear that!

   Had one of my best haircut experiences, given an absolutely amazing ‘Mod Haircut’. It took one look at a photo I provided and they applied their magic. I would throughly recommend especially to any guys out there that are looking for more than just a short back and sides cut.

   I contacted Studio 15 on a Wednesday morning desperately looking for someone to create an up do for me as I was due to be a bridesmaid on the Friday. I was particularly worried because the wedding is an hour away from where I live so I don’t know the area at all, I’d also recently finished chemotherapy and had lost a lot of length and density in my hair, making me incredibly self conscious. The bride and I had contacted a number of hair stylists, some of whom stopped responding after explaining my situation, others who said I’d need to travel to buy hair extensions. However, Jo did not hesitate to reassure me after a short conversation over the phone that she could help me. She squeezed me in for a 45 minute slot, allowing me to park for free outside the salon. I was seen perfectly on time and finished bang on time too. Jo made me feel instantly at ease and created exactly what I was looking for - she’s a magician! I could not thank her enough (as she helped to cover some bald patches too)! The only photo I currently have was taken after 15 hours of wear! Thank you so so much.

   I have been going to this establishment for 30 years. The reason I keep going back is they always do a good job.. understand my hair, most importantly listen ! and when I have thought about going off piste ( which isn’t often ) they have been completely honest with me as to what can and can’t be achieved due to my individual hair type…over years you kinda become friends, but this is also because they have always been professional/honest and considerate to me as a client.. never ever attempted to sell me something I don’t need or encourage me to do something that I would likely regret ( even in my off piste moments ) . In short, as my hairdressers they have looked after me. What more can you ask for ? I have complete trust in them as my hairdressers. 5/5 x

   Had Alison today and she was great. I have longish curly hair and not everyone knows how to handle it, but she really seemed to understand what I wanted. There are lots of good hair stylists there, well worth a visit if you're in the area.

   Booked last minute for a cut and blow dry and got great results! I am quite picky with my hairdressers, but Jo done an absolutely amazing job, can highly recommend - very professional, careful, listening to your preferences and actually cutting your hair as YOU want it, unlike many others. Superb!
