   Upset teenager with horrible customer service! Absolutely horrible service today, booked online for my daughters hair, she asked for balayage, she is 12, booked everything online, attended saloon few weeks ago to do patch test, my daughter was so excited about getting her hair done, to getting to saloon sitting down and stylist told us policy is minimum for colour is 16, now I told her I have input her date of birth and signed on her behalf, she said no it’s on the website, I haven’t read it properly, even after she tried to point out the part and I have shown her below, still tried to make out I was in the wrong and it’s my fault for booking a service online that the system allowed, attending saloon for patch test which all went fine to then be told it’s my fault because I don’t know their policies which isn’t advertised anywhere. When I requested a refund for my deposit, she spoke to a manager who has agreed, but just wanted to send me on my way that it will be processed on Monday when manager is back along with confirmation, I had to demand and push back to say we are not leaving until I receive a confirmation email, as their processes and policies seems to be made up on the spot. My daughter had this appointment booked for 3 weeks and was so excited, saloon had plenty of time to review their bookings/policies and not reject her on the day!

   Since 2023 , I have moved from West to South East. Naturally, I was missing my own hairdresser. One day walking round Dartford, spotted RAW Hairdresser shop. I was bit nervous, as approaching in new surroundings. As soon as one of the owners lady BELL started talking with beautiful smile on he face. All of my nervousness blew away. Ever since then up to now , different reception staff members or different trainy staff ,didn't make any difference with my hair style experience. In fact each time, whoever I had went above and beyond my expectation Words fails to express my gratitude towards lovely ladies. All of them, I consider as my family friends.    What a great salon! I lived in Dartford for over 2 years and somehow didn’t know this salon was here. I had my first appointment with Kim on Sunday. I wanted to get a layered hair cut and a blow dry. Sounds like an easy task but it isn’t. The number of hairdressers I never went back to is quite high as I’d leave their salons looking strange to say the least. Kim was very skilled, friendly and attentive. Will definitely be coming back.

   Gemma did my hair today and I adore it, and her. The cut and blow was EXECTLY what I wanted and what suited me. She was quick, friendly, skilled and a genuinely lovely person.    First time visiting the Dartford Salon today and it was such a fantastic experience! All the staff were so welcoming and friendly, and were so kind with my little girl that I had to bring along.
