   Very satisfied with my service today. I booked online same day and there was a technical error where I hadn’t been put on the system. They didn’t freak out they kept it professional and didn’t let me see the error and cracked on with it. I also have long hair so on a Saturday this happening could’ve been their worst nightmare. They could have sent me away but they didn’t let that happen. Thanks again ! Will be returning. Xx

   I had my hair styled (blow dry & low bun) by Oscar before a wedding and he did a great job. My bun held well all evening and received a lot of compliments. Appreciated his attention to detail! Also thought it was great value in terms of price.

   I returned after having a full head of highlights and not being happy with the outcome. I dreaded contacting them to complain however everyone at Gary Pellicci were very understanding and did everything they could to rectify that same day. My overall outcome is that I was very happy with my hair and have rebooked for a few weeks time. The atmosphere is really nice and all the staff are really friendly.

   I came in before Christmas and unfortunately the stylist I have been seeing for the last 3 years did not listen to what I wanted to achieve with my hair and was cut and coloured into a style I am not at all happy with and paid a lot of money for. When I called the salon the next working day they did fit me in but was told the best they could do was tone my now white blonde hair after requesting a warm honey blonde, but this is not a fix. I was told they would fit me in when they could and no other appointment was made. I was also made to feel incredibly small at this appointment and no apology was made. I did hear from Gary a week later and he offered a full refund and offered to fix my hair - all messages have since been ignored and I am left with a hair style that I did not ask for and still am really unhappy with. I still have not received the refund. I have been a loyal customer since 2016 and have never complained. I am so shocked and hurt and now cannot trust a salon I had thought were better than that.

   I’m a regular at Gary Pellici , Brentwood. I love their atmosphere and have always felt welcome each time I set foot in there. When it comes to stylists , my vote will always go to Alex. She is absolutely smashing at her job and also extremely polite and helpful. She is always spot on with recommendations on what would suit me the best and upfront if she feels a certain style or colour won’t suit me. I would definitely recommend Alex to anyone as their go-to stylist without a moment’s hesitation.

   It was my first time getting hair extensions done. Got a consultation with Oscar and we figured the nano rings would be best. He is such a professional, gave me tips about maintenance - all the dos and donts. I felt very safe in his hands. Chloe washed my hair and gave me the best head massage! Not only everyone was so lovely but they also have a massage chair when washing your hair!! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!
