Wouldn't go anywhere else... Just see Penny after lockdown, she is as usual doing an amazing job, making sure her clients were safe. The salon was spotless, all sanitized and all rules adhered to. Well done to Penny. Love my new haircut. Love reflections.....
I never write reviews, but had to write this one.. Disgusting service! Went to this salon to get a caramel balayage, even showed a picture of how I would liked it, but don't know how, ended up having my hair completely red. Hated it! My poor brown hair was gone..That would probably suit someone that wanted red hair, but it was never what I asked for and had to pay the full price when I expressed that wasn't happy with the result. Even asked if something could be done to mask that colour, the answer I got it was that it will fade away with the washes. My hair also got so dry and horribly finished. On the same day I had to spend more money on products to get rid of the colour, because I couldn't even stand looking at it. What a waste of money!
