   Went in to the salon on Wednesday had a full head of highlights and a gorgeous bouncy blow dry. It’s my second visit to the salon and I absolutely love my hair. Staff very professional and friendly. They also offer a great range of refreshments. Can’t wait for my next visit xx

   Not great experience, been twice. Found them to be disrespectful to certain clientele. The first time I went the manager there was on the phone - she was having a social chat with a friend - didn’t acknowledge us in any way and carried on with her chat without any consideration of a mother waiting with her young kids. It was bang on my appointment time (anyone with young kids would appreciate how important it is that they are seen on time). Second time we went again no hello or warm welcome to the young children. Very unfortunate, a smile and warm greeting would go a long way.

   The salon is welcoming and friendly. The stylist Sue and Sarah always give great advice. I have highlighted hair which I get compliments on constantly. I would definitely recommend to friends, family and colleagues.
