   Came to Rush for the first time and did not leave disappointed. They're so attentive and caring. Jasmine gave me good advice on what colour and style would suit me most, she was patient and I did not feel rushed at all. Highly recommend Rush for all your hair needs.

   Very nice hair salon and very professional Was seen by Gracie today, she has very high customer service skills, very polite. Took her time asked me lots of questions to make sure I get the perfect result. I had very dark hair and the results was so amazing. I am a very happy customer got the perfect colour I always wanted.    I am so angry, what was I thinking! Yes , the customer service is lovely, Posh coffee pot and all that jazz . I went over Toni n Guys first but no one was available so I crossed over to Rush in Lakeside. I explained I was growing my pixie cut out which had grown a lot and very curly because my daughter is getting married next year so I wanted a bob shape hopefully by then . I am happy to start training it . Megan was a lovely girl very chatty but I noticed her hands were really shaking when she was cutting my hair . She seemed to understand what I wanted and I let her carry on even though the shakes were really bothering me a tad. I am Disabled and thought hey don’t judge!! But I’m going to just leave a photo for you to make your own minds up. If I lived near there I’d go back and see the manager but I’m miles away and was only there for an afternoon . Just chucked £63 away!! Wonder if maybe I’d be offer a refund or part refund hmmm Update: left an email 2 days ago per their request for me to do so and still no joy!! Final Update!! No refund back at all, offered me a hair treatment instead. Day light robbery with untrained staff. Read all the reviews before using this salon, I am not the only one who was really unhappy with their stylist if you can call them that. Avoid at costs

   Lakeside Retail Park branch I had my hair done. Stylist named Faye did an excellent job . She was well spoken, had good listening ear, clean, polite and confident in hair cutting . Very attentive too. 5 stars to her. Tea was offered by the assistant but a small snack like biscuit could hv been served with it as one pays a high price to get hair service done at the saloon. Suggestion - junior staff could be more welcoming with a friendly receptionist.
