   I recently moved to the area and wanted to try and new hair place. Such a lovely environment, the girls are so friendly and accommodating. I’m extremely happy with my haircut and will be going here again. Highly recommend.

   Just a horrible experience here. Atmosphere awful, full of banality and judgement in equal measure, and possibly homophobic? The only person who was pleasant to me was one of the other customers having her hair done. I try to be a kind person myself, so find it hard to process when I am met with unkindness by others. It gives me no joy to leave a one star review, but the business owner's nastiness towards me personally suggests that she doesn't mind taking a reputational hit.

   I had been here a few times before and no issues, I asked for layers quite intense layering and I left with layers or so I thought was really shocked once I got home and looked. It appeared one side had way more layering and one side was longer than the other.. I was super because every other time I had been here, I had no issues. I ended up going to another salon to have it fixed. One side was also longer than the other. I doubt I will be going back. I had also asked to do a strand test and she didn’t end up doing it.

   Had the most lovely blowdry done my Jess, visited her twice and on both occasion my blowdry lasted me for three days. Very friendly atmosphere and Jess is amazing.

   Went for a cut and blow-dry and not satisfied at all. Showed a picture of how I wanted my hair cut and blow dried and instead the result had no difference of how my hair was before. Asked for curtain bangs but instead got few inches cut in the front. And obviously paid extra because I have long hair, which I wouldn’t care to pay more if was done what I asked for. The blow dry was curls which I never asked for it. Well, obviously never again!

   Just left after a hair colour appointment. I was really nervous about going to a hairdresser for colour as I hadn't been since 2015 (when not only was I overcharged and judged for trying to do my own hair, I walked out after two hours looking exactly the same as I had walked in). Amy who coloured and styled my hair was so kind, welcoming and personable that I left feeling like I want to come back soon. The colour is beautiful. When I first arrived she asked me what I wanted, consulted with another stylist and together we came up with what should be done. She even managed to fit me in for a blow dry even though I wasn't booked in. I am so happy to have found this place. Thank you for making me feel welcomed.

   One of the worse experiences i had with haircuts; the stylist did the haircut in less than 10 min, medium layered bob… very disappointing, she did not do much as you can imagine in 10 min for a style haircut that always took at least 30 min if not more; she was quick for ask for cash only. I just paid 30£ for nothing… think twice before you use this salon and make research; i did not so this happened to me

   Have been using images for years now and always leave happy with lots of comments from family/friends and strangers about how lovely my hair looks. Girls are great in there too. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Keep up the great work Sophie and the team.
