Very good, I am very happy with my experience at Vogel’s. All the staff were helpful and accommodating. My hair is how I wanted to it be!
After struggling to find a hairdresser that I felt comfortable with, I booked an appointment at Vogels with Sam and I'm so happy that I did. I have now been visiting for 6 months and the service is wonderful. The whole team are friendly and Sam does an amazing job every time, would highly recommend.
My daughter had her hair done today by Charlotte. She had her hair washed, cut and styled beautifully. We were made to feel so welcome and were able to sit right by her even though I had another child with me too. We will definitely come back, a wonderful, relaxed, lovely experience. Thank you!
Vogels is such a warm and friendly salon! All of the staff are welcoming and you instantly feel relaxed! I am always over the moon with my hair cut and colour by the lovely Victoria and we always enjoy a fab catch up!! An all round wonderful experience and I would highly recommend a visit!!
Having Victoria and Sam create the wedding hair for myself and the bridal party was probably one of the best decisions we made for our big day! Both brought so much positivity and energy to the morning whilst simultaneously creating the romantic, ethereal look I was looking for. I had 6 bridesmaids, all with different hair types for which they created a unified, romantic half up/half down look with ease. For myself we worked with hair pins I had bought to create a nature inspired, branchlike look to blend with the design of the dress. Victoria was brilliant at knowing exactly what I was after while still allowing me to try out different styles in the trial. I wholeheartedly recommend Vogels for your big day! They go beyond not just the brief but have a major understanding how to make a bride feel special.
A friend recommended this salon to me and Im so glad I listened to her as I have been over the moon with everything I have experienced. - The staff are always friendly and seem genuinely happy to see you and work there. It creates a lovely atmosphere as they all seem like a great team - nicely decorated and always clean - I book Emily for my cut&colour (short choppy bob/all over brunette) and she has been amazing every time. I was bored of my style and got into a bit of a rut but she chatted it through with me and suggested a few different things and gave great advice on how to tweak it and Im so happy with the result. The colour lasts really well and makes my hair look really glossy - I also use Sam for my daughters hair cuts and he is fab, very patient with a fidgety five year old and then always styles it beautifully after. - offers amazing drinks/biscuits while using the salon and you can also order food from The Brentwood Kitchen next door to eat while having your appt which is such a great idea
Vogels, thank you so much! From the minute you open the salon door you are greeted with such a warm presence. They are so welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. Every single member of staff are so professional and nice, the head massages are AMAZING, and Victoria does the most amazing job on your hair. I’ve also had the keratin blow dry with Alex, which has been brilliant in this rainy weather keeping my hair smooth and frizz free. From balayage to high lights, I’ve loved every appointment being at Vogels! Thank you so much! Oh, and you get yummy treats along with a drink while you wait for your colour. Such a nice little touch!
Cannot recommend Vogels enough! Sam did my colour and it’s safe to say I won’t be going anywhere else. It’s hard to find somewhere you like and trust after moving to a new area but here I feel like my requests were listened to, they give great advice and the overall atmosphere is lovely! 5 star service ⭐️
I can’t say enough about this salon.. the service is incredible, you couldn’t ask for better! Even the hair wash is an experience in itself, everytime I leave I’m more impressed with the outcome and they really do look after you. The place has a fantastic atmosphere and everyone is super friendly. Highly recommend!
Agree with everything the review says below and also finally, a hair salon that knows how to do colour! I had a couple of terrible balayages in the past few years. Frustrating as I know what they should look like and how the colour is best applied IE by hand. Sam did my colour today and was amazing from start to finish - professional, super friendly and expert at applying my colour, and finishing off with a bouncy blow dry. :) Love this salon and will definitely be making it my regular place!
