Dirty meat shelves that is Sunday 19 of Oct 2025 that is after I mentioned it to the staff there is no lamb meat there. to make him notice it. and didn’t care.
Update 17/10/25 For quite about 12 months now there has been a display as you enter the store comprising 2, 6 foot square cardboard plinths approx 6 to 8 inches high. Having tripped over it a while back flat on my face, i was told someone had done the same the day before. The display changed with the seasons nut theres always evidence it continues to be a trip hazard. Update 19/10/23 Well the £2.30 coffee price was changed to £2.80 about 3 weeks ago. Sadly those priced at £2..65 on the shelf scan at £2.80 I did think the store would have checked adjacent products but apparently not. Update 11/9/23 Now use self scan so no till queue. However frequently selected for a trolley rescan. 14 items last week and today 2 (only had 5 in trolley). Another beef is scanned prices don't always match shelf prices. For the last few months their coffee beans are marked at £2.30 on the shelf but scan at £2.80. I have pointed this out to in store staff 2 or 3 times and it has not been amended so last week I DM'd the company. I was assured the matter would be taken up with local store management. I went again today and the shelf price is still £2.30 and scanning at £2.80. Good range of products only downside is tills are frequently understaffed at the times I visit but there can be clusters of 3 to 5 staff in view of the checkouts in deep conversation.
SELLING TOXIC CAT PRODUCTS! I am genuinely appalled that the store is stocking these products!! Applied a bob martin spot on deworming treatment to my kitten then I googled the product to order some more to continue fleeing my cat in the following months to find out this product has caused death, seizures, severe burns and epileptic symptoms to 1000,s of both cats and dogs. Luckily I was able to wash the product off my cat however i am now severly concerned for her safety and will be staying up all night to ensure she does not need to go to the emergency vets/ I am disgusted that this store sells this product without no warning!
Typical Sainsburys in retail park next to Food Warehouse, BM Home Store and Garden centre and a McDonalds. Also has a petrol station. Reasonable sized car park but it was busy even at 10am on a Friday morning.
Easy to find. Very clean store and helpful staff. We went twice to buy meals deals for lunch. Plenty of option to choose from. Very good prices for clothing.
Really good store, one of the best clothing departments there is about. With a B & M across from it and a maccies. Cheap fuel at the exit.
This sainsburys is very well laid out, not only do they have a pharmacy but now argos has moved into it. They have everything you need.
Great store, well planned out. Great clothing selection. Is part of a retail park. Can get busy so choose your time well for a visit.
When we visited we were disappointed to note that there was nowhere to grab a coffee or snack. I’ve come to expect this from larger establishments especially for those of us who have trouble walking long distances. There were also spaces on many shelves and many looked untidy.
Good clean store. Nice wide aisles. Could do with more in-day replenishment as there is far too much stock on the shelving tops and cages than on the actual shopping shelves. Lot of Sainsburys own branded stuff is missing such as men's antiperspirants which gave been out of stock for months. On the plus side, the price match stuff with Aldi on fruit and veg is s good and Sainsbury's quality is far superior
