   This Tesco Express shows a sign outside stating it is an Evri Parcelshop. Yet, a store decision has been made to not accept parcels between certain times. I went in on Thursday evening to be told the machine wasn't working. On Friday I went in again, simply to print a label, I did not request to send or pick up a parcel but was approached while at the Evri Parcel machine and told I couldn't send a parcel. I then went in this morning, showed my driving licence and was told my parcel was not there and it was Evri's fault. I asked to speak to the manager who was very confrontational. She, in essence, blamed Evri for everything, however the checkout assistant had not taken my surname but my middle name. I was told the time limits were down to staffing. I would love to know why Tesco are paid to act as an Evri Parcelshop yet do not provide an acceptable service? Also as a regular customer, why was I treated in an unacceptable manner.

   Complete joke of a store. Daylight robbery, staff with serious attitude deficiencies and a complete lack of understanding of customer service. If I could give a negative score I would. Seem to make up their own in store rules to suit the convience of the store and not their customers. Quite clearly should be called Tesco Unimpressed, inconvenience store!

   The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I came in just before closing and they still helped amazingly and went above and beyond. Usually staff would be quite tired and unhelpful but not the case here.

   Always fully stocked. More so than the large Horwich store. They need a colder beer fridge is all I can suggest. Great staff too

   Good stock of food. Shelves are always full. Reasonably priced. Staff helpful and friendly. Good for nipping in. Very convenient place for a Tesco. Free parking available and also has a cash machine.

   Great little store we use it all the time. The car park is very busy and worry when trying to cross over due to heavy traffic a safe crossing would help especially when my kid is trying to cross over and he's 15 years old.
