Arrived at the property and there was no heating on, with windows open in the stairwell it was as cold as outside. I spent 30 mins trying to use the thermostat but the boiler never received a signal. I called out of hours support and the advice from them did not activate fix the heating. From the first phone call with them to the last WhatsApp message was 45 minutes and I was beginning to shiver. I had to move to a hotel with heating for the sake of my health. They are now refusing to refund the £400 for the unheated room in the middle of winter. Avoid this dump!!!
