    Pros: - A lovely flat in excellent condition in a great building - In a great area of Leeds city centre, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars - All neighbours are very thoughtful about other residents i.e. little noise Cons: - No fibre broadband with only an average internet speed of 11-14mbs. Okay for browsing/streaming Netflix but you can't online game and speed isn't great for multiple people working from home. - Can be noisy at night due to being next to busy road and bar area (but the windows do block out a considerable amount of this) - Concierge has limited hours
