   I recently ended my tenancy at 8th Dec and dealt with Matt Kendrick and Aleksandra Gerasimovic from Zenko Properties. The whole move-out process was incredibly smooth and efficient! Matt and Alex was very responsive – they replied quickly to all my queries and handled all the administrative matters super fast. After I handed back the keys, the checkout inspection and all procedures were completed the very next day. I didn’t have to wait a full week like with some other agents; within just a few days, I received my full deposit back in its entirety, with no deductions needed. Highly recommend Zenko Properties and especially Matt Kendrick for his excellent support throughout!

   I’m really happy with my experience using Zenko Properties to get my flat. Freya and Martin were amazing from start to finish — genuinely kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful. They supported us through a really difficult situation and made the whole process so much easier. What really stood out was that they even called after the first month to check in and make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. That level of care is rare and really appreciated. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better people to deal with. Highly recommend Zenko Properties!

   We had a really tough time trying to sell our apartment – the first sale fell through and our previous agent was not getting buyers through the door. Then, after chatting with a neighbour who had a great experience renting with Zenko, we decided to give them a go. From the moment we met Ian Darley, we felt confident. He was professional, knowledgeable and never pushy; genuinely helpful and focused on getting results. Incredibly, our flat sold in three days! The aftercare was brilliant too. Ian and Jonathan kept everything running smoothly with regular contact, taking away so much of the stress of buying and selling. . We really cannot recommend Zenko highly enough.    My experience with Zenko has been great. I've been living in a 1 bed flat in Leeds City Centre for a year. The apartment was delivered to me spotless at first and going forward I've continued to love the place. Zenko staff is very helpful and attentive with any issue that there may be with the flat or the rest of the bulding (as they manage it). The property manager is very polite and always willing to help as well. Very happy to be a client of Zenko.
