Rented here some years ago, flats are small, no service was included with the rent. Service was quick when I reported something not working in the flat. Some of the Highlights are that it is walkable to city centre (gym, supermarkets, universities, main malls).

Overpriced.....£££££ Small Kitchen with only 2 hot plates even for 2 bedroom apartment. Small fridge, can't store enough, luckily having Aldi nearby. Expensive electricity, Wifi only Adept Services (never heard of). Open wardrobe for the bedroom, nothing enclosed. Limited Expensive Parking. And the worst is the coin laundry, with only 6 washing machines and driers for 100's of apartments. The interior is poorly designed with limited/poor storage area and negative spaces. Only one advantage is the location, again nothing to do with Citispace. Reception - dull staff

Cheap apartment though small. Close to amenities (Aldi, Chinese Store, PureGym, 5 mins walk) Rented from agent for £550 (2023), but no bills included. Sufficient apartment for a single professional/student, but very small for couple. The kitchen are the worst, tiny. I got a small fridge installed which can’t even store milk. Electricity, and internet are monopolised by Citispace (using platform adept electricity); means you can’t choose providers, and they are not the cheapest. Parking is limited £90/mth not ideal if you have car though you can on street parking on Byron/Regent/Leylands road for 6.20/day. Water is Yorkshire Water only. Parcel are going to be store in the citispace store with £1 charge. The Laundry room is the worst. Coin operated and always broken. 6 washers & dryers for the whole apartment, imagine how chaotic they are on weekend. Short, there are a lot of hidden cost. Cleanliness, the lift smells shit or vomit or stinky sweaty smell worse in summer. Recently got change of carpet in hallway. Security, not really good as people can tailgate you from entrance and the security guys are in the other building. Often you’ll see drunken tenant screaming from the other apartment. The lady customer service/agent down stairs is cold and unhelpful. I was asking for parking and help answered with “Just look at the internet”; same with lady in the electricity/internet. Several time asking for help/queries none of them are nice. It’s a cheap place to live close to city centre with pros and cons. However, I would suggest to find better place with better customer service and none hidden cost. Will be 1 star if it isn’t close to city centre.

I lived here August 2019 - February 2021, I lived on the third floor for 1 year & the first floor for 6 months. There was a cockroach infestation, I thought moving to a different floor might help but it was much worse on the first floor. When I moved to the flat on the first floor it hadn't been cleaned at all. It was also quite loud/could hear the neighbours quite easily. Positives - it was nice and cheap when I lived there compared to other places, not too far from town & aside from the cockroaches, was ideal at the time.

Not so good but cheap though!! During our stay since April till August some maintenance work was going on whole time. So one would notice noise during WFH and construction vehicles/barricades while going for Laundry.

Not reccomended apartment! I stay 1 year, I pay every month and my deposit from £500 only give me back £100 because He said I must pay redecoration, cleaner and new mattres. Apartment give me broke microwave too. Very disappointed. You can choose another accomodation if you live in Leeds!!

Lived here for 18 months whilst studying my master before covid and really enjoyed the small studio flat. The tiny kitchen wasn't fun tho and having to top up electric with codes that you have to get from this little office shop on the side of the building was a joke. Also the staff were not the nicest, especially one hostile women! ... she clearly hated her life and took it out on everyone :/ if I didn't have to top up elec Mon to Fri, not even on the weekend ! It would have been more fun to live here, because my neighbours were lovely and the little takeout on the building was lush - good for students and a short stay.

I've lived here for a year and a half, excellent location, near to the city centre also not far from the university as well as affordable rent, very recommended for students

I would recommend this place to all the bachelors who would like to live near to city centre in Leeds. Everything seems to be walkable from this place and this is quite affordable too. No contract for wifi, electricity and water, only contract you have for your house. The Major drawback is the size and location of cooking area. If you don’t wish to cook a lot then it’s a great place to live.
