   We changed estate agents to Park Row after an unsuccessful sale with another agent. From the first visit from Emma for valuation and photos through to Pheobe in the sales progression we were really impressed and cannot thank this company and the girls enough. We had a complicated sale due to the chain beneath and it was very rocky but Pheobe was absolutely brilliant she took everything in her stride dealt with our numerous phone calls and was basically just a really lovely person who kept her cool and dealt with the situation in hand. Pheobe was a ear who would listen with empathy and care. I would highly recommend using Park Row they are efficient and honest and do exactly what they say are going to do. I cannot thank them enough if your looking for an estate agent that works these are the go to Agents with hearts and understanding .
