What a horrible man in the till, went to take an Evri parcel and he was so rude and unhelpful and very aggressive. Will never use this shop again.
Avoid, poor service. Offer an evri collection service with apparently 5 parcels, maximum. This is not advertised anywhere. Save yourself a journey and go elsewhere.
They had bottles of Prime in the window, I was with two of my grandsons and we went in to get some. £4.99 a bottle, we did not buy them. We had been to a Spar in Leigh the Sunday before and their Prime was £2.45 a bottle. Why is there such a difference.
Charging little kids £7.99 for a bottle of Prime Hydration. Disgusting.
Got to be the most expensive shop in the area, prices are alway very high, including petrol and diesel. Charging high prices because of location.
Worst customer service experience ever. Rude and obnoxious staff. James Hall and Co who own this waste of space have not responded go my comments in over six months. If you have any sense at all you will abandon this appalling mound of dung. Further to the response from Spar to ask me to email their customer services, I did just that back in September last year and they took no responsibility. Although the name Spar appears on the sign above this shop, they say its all down to James Hall and Co. who have refused to respond for six months. So my advice is if you find yourself at Gemini Retail Park, the best thing is to avoid this woefully outdated shop with its cretinous staff and go to M+S, or Ikea, or walk a bit further to Boots or Next or even McDonald's. These places are run by professional companies and train up their staff to be professional and friendly.
I've just been to take a parcel back the young lad behind the counter was very helpful but I was struggling with the label printer he asked his assistant to help me which she said no and for him to go it. She was rude and shouldn't of been working If she cant do her job. I said it was fine didn't need help so she just stood there on her phone. The lad asked her again if she could help and she refused again horrible atmosphere from her and I thanked the lad for his help as he had to come of the till and help me. There are plenty of people that would take her job she needs sacking!!!!! I think her name was carrie
