   Third visit and second time with Luke. Not all barbers are happy cutting ladies hair but not a problem here. Very professional and attention to detail. Trying to grow hair and Luke is helping me thru that difficult in-between stage. I sill might go short again bit know if I do Luke will be able to deliver.

   I've been going to Sixteen since it first opened as I stuck with my barber Debbie since I first met her. I've had many different hairstyles to which I can always ask Debbie for her input to which she has never disappointed. Apart from being a very skilled barber she's also become like a second mum to me as she's outgoing easy to speak to and makes you feel as if your not a stranger. She's professional yet one of the most welcoming barbers I've ever met. I will remain returning to her for the foreseeable future.

   Took my son in today, just after opening and the moment I entered, the woman cutting hair shouted she had nothing until 5pm. You will need to come back then. I said fine but I just want to ask - and that's as far as I got. You have to come back at 5pm she shouted back. She was rather rude about it too. My young son had an issue with this hair and I simply wanted to know if it's something she felt she could deal with as little point coming back at 5pm if she couldn't. No idea what her hair cutting is like but her customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It's not the customer's fault that she doesn't have any other staff members. There was another gentlemen already waiting for a cut, so I imagine they are really short staffed. Still doesn't excuse rude behaviour. Found another hairdresser in Ewell who was fantastic.I certainly wouldn't recommend this salon based on my first and now last visit to this place.

   Had my hair cut by Debbie this morning. Absolutely amazing! She offered me a drink as I was seated, very polite and really easy to chat to. If you have no idea where to get your hair cut go to Debbie at Sixteen in Ewell. Looking forward to my next cut

   Had my first trip to Sixteen this morning and this will now be my go to Barber in Ewell. Had the lovely Debbie cutting my hair and she was incredibly friendly, professional and hygienic. I was offered a drink when I sat down, the TV's had sport on and it was incredibly relaxing with the air con and music in the background. Best of all Debbie gave me a great haircut on top of the friendly conversations. The best barber in Ewell!

   What a fresh new barbers! Thought I would try it out as its new. Booked an appointment with a lady, Deb. To say I am impressed is an understatement! I have an amazing new skin fade which I love! And looks like I have now found an brilliant new barbers! The shop is smart, clean and sexy! TVs on and trainers to buy! Service was great, had a beer and a chat. Yet the most impressive thing is the cut. The lady knew exactly what to do and I didnt even have to explain how I have it, she just knew. Thank you Sixteen Male Grooming, back soon for another fade.
