As several others reviews say DO NOT MOVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. The management of the building has fallen off a cliff over the last 6-9 months. A multitude of issues with lifts, security, fire safety, rubbish, parking and noise etc. Many of the apartments have recently been turned into Airbnbs and this has only added to the problems. Absolutely stay clear no matter what. HCGB are a disgusting company and should be ashamed of themselves

Iβd give 0 stars if I could, do not move here under any circumstances. In the last 6 months itβs gone downhill horrendously. The lifts are out of service for weeks at a time with no updates. The front doors are often broken so the building is insecure and Iβve had 4 people try to get into my flat in the 2yrs Iβve lived here (opportunist criminals). Itβs feels awfully unsafe and more air bnbs are popping up so noice, waste and issues with parking are prevalent. Rent anywhere else but here.

Do not rent/buy here under any circumstances!! Management is a joke, theyβre doing illegal activity such as advertising air bnbs with βfree parkingβ which tenants pay Β£90 a month for each. The fire exits are blocked with rubbish, the lifts havenβt been working for 6 months. Avoid avoid AVOID

Used to be an amazing place to live but HCGB have ran it into the ground. I would now avoid it like the plague. Management staff are awful - do not expect anything to be sorted. Lifts are constantly broken, parcels are constantly stolen due to broken lobby doors, you'll find random contractors in your house unannounced. If you're anything like us, they'll change your whole door and locks unannounced ("oh sorry we forgot to email residents"). You'd be an idiot to choose here over any of the other city center properties, pick somewhere like City Island instead.

AVOID AT ALL COST If I could give no stars, I would. So expensive for the price you're paying considering the security issues, the maintenance issues and the customer service issues. You're honestly so lucky if you get any sort of help in a reasonable amount of time, the customer service takes the absolute joke. Needed to get my blinds repaired since it broke and I got radio silence for 2 weeks, I reported this issue 5 weeks ago and to this day, I still have no clue as to when it will be fixed. Its the high of summer which means I'm lucky if I get 5 hours of sleep. They've also just recently sent out an email to say that the rent hasn't been paid when it has, it took them 3 days to send out a mass notice that it was done in error, no confirmation that it didn't affect our credit score and again, within this time, you weren't able to get a hold of anyone either through phone or email. The lift has been broken for nearly 7 weeks now and still no confirmation as to when it will get fixed. Its a joke considering that we've seen someone on crutches being forced to walk down however my stairs just to get out of the flat. Every single month, the lift is broken for at least 1 week of the month. Oh and packages are always stolen. There's been multiple instances where packages would just be left open like someone has been rummaging through them and customer service won't do anything with it. Mind you, when we moved in 3 years ago, we were promised a 24/7 receptionist and 6 months after we moved in, they were gone. Their website continued to advertise that they had 24/7 reception for nearly 2 years after that.

When trying to book a viewing their email address "was not found" and I had to contact them instead through phone call, which the first few times they didn't even pick up, I left a voicemail and after a couple days they contacted me and U arranged a viewing, explaining i had to travel a long way to see the apartment and that I was looking forward to it. I travelled for two hours, upon arriving there was nobody in reception, except a big stack of unattended residents' parcels - anybody could have stolen them. I was on time and nobody turned up, another woman was there for a viewing too and nobody was in reception or in the office for either of us. We stood and waited together, telling eachother stories of how bad the company's communication was. Then another woman turned up who was a current resident, she told us that the building has been taken over by a new company/manager and that staff are hardly ever in reception, are almost impossible to get in touch with and take forever to respond when residents require assistance - e.g. she had been waiting for three months for a pair of blinds to be put up in her room, and could hardly live there without blinds in the summer heat. Regardless of whether the rooms are nice or not, I have no idea of telling, as nobody was there at all to show me around. I have now found somewhere else to live, the staff member in my new residence showed me around kindly and professionally, a mile better than at waterside apartments. A number of hours AFTER my viewing was scheduled for, a member of staff from waterside left a voicemail telling me the staff member who was meant to show me around couldn't arrive due to an emergency. LIKELY STORY! They then said they would try to contact me again soon - it has been weeks and they have not. Terrible. Even if this ridiculous excuse was true, Why couldn't they tell me this before I arrived? I travelled so far! They could have got a staff member to cover! Or even just call me at the time of the viewing, at least pick up the phone!!!! A shambles of an organisation. No offence but give yourselves a shake - you have one job! It's not that hard!

Great location. Convenient for the city centre. I went in two very well presented apartments, one of which was quite spacious. Great to have a balcony.

Super nice, swanky apartments. Great view of the city. What more can I say?
