I stay here everytime I have comic con Liverpool. Amazing service and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned... Please pass on my thanks to the woman that cleaned our rooms, her name is Rebecca and she did the 2 nights. An amazing staff member. Also the restaurant staff are lovely, even have a laugh with them. £20 tip well deserved. Can't wait to stay again in May 2026 for another convention ♥️

We were booked to have an evening three course meal in the Topiary at the Park Royal. We were served amazingly all night by Mason who made the night both enjoyable and entertaining. Food was quickly served, and we never had an empty drink on the table. Would highly recommend this restaurant and the service we received.

The allocation was in beautiful country side. The staff was helpful and friendly. The expectation was something better, I thought I will see something more modern, but It's was bit old and classic. The room was spacious and at ground floor. The minuss about room was, pillows to big,bed uncomfortable, the shower curtains and hose was mouldy, and no toilet brush. We didn't use SPA. Breakfast was with good choice of hot and cold food. Free parking.

Stated at the Park Royal for a week whilst down on business. What a lovely hotel, I would say different too. I had a ceiling fan, my colleague had A/C, i had USB sockets next to the bed, he had double plugs, very random, but it made it quite novel. The room was huge, and the bed was too. It was very comfortable and I slept very well. We used the swimming pool and spa daily, it was very clean, warm and a pleasure to use. The breakfast was plentiful and hot, for a buffet style that was great. Small thing, butade a difference, the bread was bloomer bread, thick and fresh. The staff in the hotel were some of the friendliest people I've met in the hospitality industry. Would definitely recommend, and go back.

We stayed one night at The Park Royal, on a spa package, as part of our Q Hotels membership. We were checked in by Mary, who was super helpful and very friendly. Our room, 165 was spotlessly clean, a good size and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. We’d pre booked a spa treatment each and the team were again, really friendly and helpful. Dinner was booked for 7:30 and taken in the main hotel restaurant. The setting was great and the team were as expected, attentive and friendly. Prices are slightly higher than you’d expect but the meals were very good. Checkout was seamless and our hotel bill was spot on. Thank you.

Booked one of the cheap rooms for a night's sleep when travelling down south. The value for money is unbeatable. The room was tidy with plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and powerful. The towels were also big. That's all I need. The rest of the hotel we seen looked nice. We didn't have the time to check out all the facilities. All the staff we met were really nice and a credit to the hotel. There was plenty of parking spaces. Towards the back of the car park there was plenty of free spaces to protect your pride and joy. I can't find a reason to mark the hotel down.

Lovely and friendly staff in the restaurant. One in particular couldn't do enough for us, Caitlin was superb. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We will be back to visit this hotel, what a lovely experience we had. It was excellent!!! Thank you.

Stayed for two nights with my daughters. Staff were very polite and rooms were to a good standard, enjoyed the dinner service, although some staff could have been more friendly. Breakfast was lovely, Harry in particular was very helpful to my daughter who struggles with allergies, as well as all morning staff being very nice and attentive. Would stay again and recommended to my colleagues

Rooms are dated. No sockets by the bed, which we found inconvenient. Our bed sagged in the middle. Pillows were amazing though. Our bathroom wasn't spotless and the bath didn't drain when showering. Our wardrobe was horrendously noisy when we opened it. Breakfast was very good with great service. Bar staff were very pleasant and polite.
