   Been a customer of this store for over 4 years and it offers 99% of my shopping needs. I am a big fan when they feature cuisine from different countries. Wine deals are great. The new speedy tills are great when. You have a smaller shop. Finally prices are better than rivals, use your Lidl bonus card and receive great deals and a welcome bonus when you spend £250. I am pensioner and this store helps me I've in budget.

   Very rude manager, the woman- think Michele, they blame I stole Botle brandy before 2-3 weeks without evidence,. . was shopping regularly there but now pissme off. Wont see me again

   Sadly i have purchased an item on the 5th november, took it out today from my fridge, and realised it is moldy. Took it back to the store, where Michelle the manager? explained basicly they wont take it back, as the purchase was over 7 days ago. The item expiry date was the 24th, been told i could have taken it out and left it out so it goes moldy. That itself is an insult against me and customer rights, all i wanted just exchange it to something edible (same item) then when i asked, if we going to have an issue over something worth £4 then literrally walked away, placing the item to the bin. Sadly, this is not what i expected from this store, as i had a very good experience in lidl stores throughout Europe and uk.

   I don't know if its all Lidl's or just a few but every Lidl ive been in so far has a team of staff that look like they hate working there and don't say hello when they're on the till and that they are too busy chatting with their colleague through their earpiece that they don't give any of the customers any acknowledgement. There are always big queues and only 1 or 2 tills open, yet staff can't be bothered to help and bring the queues down and open a few more tills. Lidl needs to sort some of their staff out and re-train them on customer service! Miserable.

   A good variety of items, but I'm not able to do all my shopping here. The bakery is great & reasonably priced. Checkout staff need to slow down a bit.

   Good quality food on the whole. Named brands are expensive and very rarely undercut Asda etc on price. That being said, their own brand quality is very very good and well priced. I just wish they would open up more checkouts hence the lost star. Our go to shop now. Watch out for some items (wafer thin ham for example) which are VERY expensive compared to ASDA. Apart from that, no change to my original review. Make sure you have the app and use it. Often has some decent offers.

   Was surprised when I got inside as it has as much as other newer stores and looked neat. The outside looks a mess and you have to navigate around stuff so this really didn't represent what was inside, which is why I haven't visited this particular one for a few years. The staff were friendly and the layout is similar which means it's easy to find what you need.
