She was kind and extremely helpful an obvious asset to any employer. I would employ her in a heartbeat.    We shop here all the time, everyone on scan & pack are lovely. I had the need to return a clothing item ( with my receipt) The lady on customer service is rude. Older lady chewing gum not very becoming for someone customer facing.

   The cashiers are very helpful. The trolley staff, one young man in particular, Sunday afternoon. Only fifteen minutes to go before closing. Approached my car he could see my Mother in her 90s was using a walking stick. She has Alzheimer's. My other relative male, was at the back of the car attempting to lift the heavy bags of shopping into the boot, whilst I was helping mum to get into the front passenger seat. Unknown to this young handsome dark haired man, the person who he was helping is suffering from a terminal illness and has Dementia. The teeming rain soaked him as he was loading the goods into my car. He was polite and well spoken. I was so grateful for his help. Thank you, I know you'll do well.

   This has to be one of the biggest stores I ve ever been in. The place is massive. If you can’t it get here, Tesco don’t do it! I’m normally here first thing and the lady’s at the till are always happy and helpful and are there quickly when I want something age restricted like a red bull. Massive car park and has petrol station too.

   Terrible customer service on the till my wife tried using club card and the nasty person on the till refused to take club card saying that it was screenshot and it was not allowed YOU CAN USE IT ON THE SELF SERVICE!!!!!!! All this because the mobile phone reception in the store is completely useless. My wife has been out shopping since 5.00am to beat the traffic and rush. She has come back home very very upset by their service. SHAME ON YOU TESCO.

   I’d love to thank jayde in this Tesco on Tuesday evening sorted out items that wasn’t scanning at the right price however the first guy who was an old guy greyish hair called Mike didn’t want to know a thing and was having a go at her for doing a better job than him. You are a disappointment Mike. thank you jayde your a legend !!

   Staff are really poor, to busy on there phones, talking to each other, leave there stock trolleys in the way and walk off. Staff are not helpful, security are useless. Parking is a free for all and people park anywhere including on the crossings and just in the road. No we’re to sit if it’s raining with your shopping while waiting for a taxi and even if it’s not there’s only one bench. Never enough checkouts open no matter what time. Minimal staff manning the self service checkouts and have shut down the self scan. Just ran poorly with no real customer consideration.
