Cannot recommend enough. Nour has been my barber for a while now and every time I leave feeling and looking great. Service is elite and it’s always welcoming and accommodating. I’ve asked for a few different styles in the time I’ve known him and Nour always gets it spot on and checks with me throughout the haircut to make sure it’s going well. Great convos whilst I’m in his seat so he’ll make you feel at ease. Tidy and clean equipment and goes above and beyond to give great customer service! 5/5 service!
I was scheduled for a hair cut at 11:50 but this was rescheduled by the owner Yaz via the Booksy app at 10:58. Very unprofessional but seeing as I already spent 2hrs travelling to Park Royal, I decided to wait. I arrived at 11:30am and was told I’d be seen at 12:35pm so I waited patiently. 12:45pm came round and I received no update & no apologies for the delay. So I left. Great barber but poor communication & poor customer service. I won’t be visiting here again.

It's very hard to find well trained barbers. I was really pleased with the quality of the hair cut, they have good attention to detail. The barber took his time and was very patient with me. The atmosphere is welcoming as the staff were friendly. I was given a complentary beard oil also; which was very kind of them. Definitely coming back to this place. You turn up for a scheduled appointment but then have to wait 30 - 45 mins for your turn. Despite this, you still get charged £40. Seems to be a common occurrence here.
I recently get a haircut cut in one of the best barber I’ve ever come across. Yaz has perfectly understood what am after, he is a very professional and does wonderful job . Genuinely interested in his clients and does not think of us as clients you, would enjoy the atmosphere and get a nice haircut. Highly recommend
